Canada Life has the WORST WEBSITE and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Forget about trying to get someone on the phone to help you.Their website is from the dinosaur age:- super slow download for every page.- User experience UX is horrible.1. Having to press 3 buttons that repeat the same question, to get to one place.2. Unclear language in the claim forms. U have to print the form and sign it instead of a digital signature (we are in the 21rst century BTW)3. There's no email receipt to indicate ur claim was submitted.4. Trying to find the Claim History info is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.Canada Life really needs to join the 21rst century.
