Very disappointed with this place I called to confirm that they had a 4000 psi pressure washer they said yes they do I went down to rent it as I was walking in the door they called me to tell me or we made a mistake and we don't have one to pump a shot they did nothing to try and rectify the problem wouldn't even give me free delivery to compensate

5 stars to this location!!!On Monday Nov 15, 2021, Richmond among many parts of the lower mainland had major flooding. I went many stores such as Canadian tire and Home depot in hopes to find a submersible water pump. None of these stores were willing to help despite pleading for assistance in an emergency situation.Cooper Equipment Rental!!! Both guys at the front counter were very professional and very empathetic to the situation. They double check that my sister-in-law called in to reserve the unit so that they can be fair as this unit was the last one. These guys did not increase the price at all and remained fair.Thank you guys again!!
