The UPS Store

The stuff there, Mr. Hossam, might appear somewhat harsh but he's actually very helpful and friendly. I had some issue with name/address on my box, and he basically explain to me how to deal with this next time. He's also careful with details and apparently great with kids.

Reviews all said terrible service. I went in anyway to return an Amazon package. Confirmed: it's terrible service.

Despite showing a valid ID (from a foreign country), apparently you have to show a Canadian ID to pick up a package. Ever heard of international students? What a joke.

Store hours say open, but the front door being locked would suggest otherwise...

UPS drivers didn't actually knock just posted ups notice to pick up. So made my way to the pick up centre unfortunately this was the location I was directed to. The guy behind the counter was rude to the customer before me . I handed the guy my pick up slip grab item then gave me the speel about what form of ID are needed. This rude guy is very lucky I'm reformed and didn't lock the store up Christopher Moltisanti next time I'll ask for cannolis while he dances. Guy needs to learn some respect but will just let the universe deal with it. The plaza is now deserted. The parking lot is dirty and full of broken glass and beer bottles. Time to clean the parking lot so your customers don't need new tires or patches. UPS close or move this store and please hire people who want to work with the public.

I would like to give Less than 1 star rating if possible. Hossam the store manager or franchise owner. I don't know his position but he is very rude with customers. I went to the store with a prepaid shipping label to send equipment back to the office. He refused to put the tape on the boxes. He replied he will charge $4 for it. He made me get my own tape to cover the box. At the same time another customer arrived who could speak the same language as Hossam did. Hossam helped him a lot. He put a tape on his box and also clearly explained to him the instructions. I questioned him saying you are helping him just because that person speaks the same language as you. Then Hossam got mad at me and threatened me if I didn't leave the store he would throw my packages. I left the store right away. I have video and audio recorded for the proof. Seems like he has a problem with the people who don't speak his language. It's such a pity that UPS is still encouraging these kinds of people to maintain the store.. I feel so pity for the UPS people like Hossam will rip your your business. God Bless you UPS.

Best service I had some papers to print the manager insisted on printing for free even though I wanted to pay for the extra service.

I want to give zero to the store employee. The person doesn’t show effort in customer service. I went month ago to print my stuff, he said the computer has some technical problem and today, in this heat I walked 30 minutes to print my resume. He still told me that the computer had the technical problem. I don’t know why this store don’t just throw this person out of the job. He doesn’t serve at all. He just don’t want to. I am very disappointed with the service he give. It’s like a slap on the face of the customer. I really advice the ups store to get a new employee otherwise they are going suffer a huge loss with this person.
