EXTREME lack of professionalism. I forgot to cancel an appointment I had for my pet (minor issue, which was solved at that point), which is 100% on me. Receptionist called. Remained silent on the call. I hung up, went on with my life, completely unaware about said appointment being planned on said day. A few hours later, I receive a string of angry Facebook messages on my personal profile from, I assume, the receptionist berating me about my pet not being truly sick" and me "taking away from someone potentially wanting to euthanize their pet"

Really like this clinic, Dr. Surveyer is very detail-oriented and took excellent care of my cat when she was not feeling well. Explains things clearly, gives you all the possible options for treatment and is very transparent about the whole process. The techs are also super patient and attentive, they really love animals!

the worst experience ever. my gf brought our new 2 year old frenchie a checkup. she was a bit nervous, but is a very sweet and friendly dog with everyone she meets. the vet walks in the room and immediately tries to handle my dog barely introducing herself, making my dog scared and she screamed. the vet was so rushed she couldn’t even take 5 minutes to pet my dog and make her comfortable. my dog was labelled as “extremely aggressive”, the vet was extremely rude and did not ask about common french bulldog problems (allergies, skin folds, breathing, etc.) she said she couldn’t finish the exam as the dog was “too aggressive” and she “didn’t feel like getting bit today”. then the WORST part is that they told me that for her booster vaccine they need to give her a sedative/anxiety medication before her appointment or else they won’t treat her. My gf called the owner dr surveyer to make a complaint, she defended all the actions of her employee, telling me that she was “flabergasted” that i refused to give my dog the sedative medication as i’m putting her staff in danger. she told me that she refuses to see my dog if i don’t give her the anxiety medication, even though her vets lack of an introduction scared my dog. extremely frustrating experience and terrible service. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM

The clinic and staff are amazing. Caring and gentle with pets and their humans.

I am so happy to have found this place! The vets are so skilled and caring so much so that my fussy cat doesn't fuss at all having to go to the vet!

These people are crazier cat ladies than me.... They genuinely love pets and are excited to see them every time you bring them in for check ups

They people in there are awesome and it’s not their fault they just do their jobs but everything else is bad.It’s always about “oh, you would need a consultation” this and that +tax minimum 160$.My dog broke a nail called asked for advice on something to disinfect or if they can sell me something. And again (oh you really should consult)Same thing for eye drops..My dog spend 80% of his time running in the woods. Stuff happens and will happen. What every scratch for min 100$?

Worst vet I've ever been to, they placed my cat on a hypoallergenic diet on a brand they sold, despite being on hypoallergenic food, for 10 weeks to stop her itching, came back because my cat was still itchy and they told me that I did it wrong and to redo it and buy another bag. They were very pushy and kept trying to upsell on certain vaccines that she would not need because she's an indoor cat. (My aunt is a vet who sadly lives 3 provinces away and told me those tests and vaccines were not necessary)They kept pushing a medication that I was told wasn't a long term solution to my cats itching but would not offer help to find out the cause of the itching and blamed it on her diet, despite their best" (most expensive) hypoallergenic food not working after 10 weeks on it
