Kyte Delivery Service

When I called to arrange for a delivery, the lady who answered was extremely rude. She seemed annoyed that I was calling and was very short. I'm pretty sure she was eating while on the phone with me. I am a local small business owner and I try to support other local business whenever I can but this lady did not seem to want my order at all.It also took them 2 months to charge my credit card.The pick up driver was lovely. Really nice guy. Its too bad the rest of the service was bad else it would have been an overall good experience.

delivery service? how about a rude operator that takes your order at 9:30 and tells you it will get there when it gets there and that there is 6 feet of snow outside ( try 6 inches). Finally they show up at my door at 7:00pm with the one item I needed for Christmas dinner ( it was xmas day) sorry bud too late but thanks for the non communication throughout the day.Only because they closed for the day and my wife called and left a nasty message did they show up. A much needed service in the Valley, however its apparent these guys are not fit for it... fun fact- the wonderful crew at Comox Taxi will deliver items if they have time ( I have used them before) , as our city grows and demands are in need there is a huge opportunity for someone to bring in a fleet of vehicles with great service and on time communication and put their stamp on the market....... hmmmmmEdit- it was Christmas Eve not Christmas Day- I'm sorry... Thats an apology.

Horrible phone service from a woman named marie. i have used their service for quite sometime and every other dispatch I get is polite and courtetous. for some reason I get her a majority of the time and she is always, incredibly rude, unprofessional and talks to you like dirt and gets annoyed at any little thing you say.if i were the owner i would not have someone on the phones who talks so ignorantly to the people who are paying" for the service. Bad for business. I have given the company multiple chances

I’ve always had great experiences with Kyte. When I lived father out of town and didn’t have a car I’d use them often to come bring me food and the drivers were always so nice and never had a problem with the dispatch.

I was just looking for the Kyte phone number and noticed some bad reviews so I wanted to comment. Kyte does a good job at delivering and the drivers have all been very nice and accommodating. Sometimes they are behind but they’ve had a lack of drivers. Dispatch are usually nice. I appreciate this service & people could be a bit more understanding if they can’t meet times sometimes. They depend on a workforce & are affected by bad weather as well. Appreciate what we have here, people! A good convenient service!

I've used Kyte Courier for the last couple years for my business shipping to help offer my products at a cheaper/more reliable rate than Canada post. My customers enjoy the prompt service and I appreciate the pricing and friendliness of pick up staff.They saved my butt a few times through the holiday season. I will continue to use them for all my island deliveries. 5 stars! Thank you!

Great service and excellent rates, I have been using Kyte for 4 years to ship truck parts from Nanaimo to various customers in the Courtenay and Campbell River area, never had an issue with them.

They missed the morning pickup of a birthday cake yesterday, so pickup was rescheduled for yesterday afternoon. They advised the bakery they would deliver the cake early evening. When I had pushed birthday celebrations past 7pm due to still no cake, I followed up with the bakery, who were told by Kyte the cake would EITHER be delivered around 10pm last night or this morning. So they picked up the cake around 245pm yesterday from the bakery, and there is still ZERO sign of this cake, almost 24 hours after pickup. In what way is this OK...I don't care how busy you are. Why would you think delivering FOOD several hours later and so late in the day (10PM!) or the next day (at your whim) would be OK? You spoiled that part of our birthday celebration, and wasted our time watching for the cake all day yesterday and this morning, all the time lying about a delivery it seems you never had any intention of making. Shame on you. Where is this cake, by the way??? Is it still tumbling around in a vehicle, did you return it to the bakery, did you chuck it out....or even eat it? AVOID this company.Additional comments: Response from owner below is full of incorrect info. Cake was picked up 245pm yesterday at the bakery by the courier service. At no time was overnight delivery discussed or agreed to. Why would they do that with a CAKE....makes zero sense.
