I am highly impressed by the quality service and punctuality of this place. Got a rear bumper replacement from this place and on top they cleaned the car interior and exterior in a way that it looks brand new. They changed the fused bulbs for me as well. Highly recommend to get the service from them. Mr. Amrit Virk (the manager) is an awesome person to deal with. He listens to your whole situation and then do the things to meet customer's need. Best place to get the service in lower mainland.

Boyd Autobody at 7378 6th St. at Burnaby did a very good job at my BMW 2014 320i rear bumper , customer service are really good, they are updated, that is why I am satisfied and surely recommend this shop for customer satisfaction.

I am really impressed by their service. I took my car after accident to their shop. They took care of everything including the rental car. They did excellent work and did some extra work with no charge, cleaned the interior and exterior of the car, did really good work for the dents and paint on the hood and life time warranty. Very exceptional and excellent customer service.

Amrit and his team were phenomenal to deal with - I was having to get several ICBC claims dealt with during a really busy and stressful time and they just went above and beyond to make it quick and easy. They not only did a beautiful job repairing my vehicle - the extra touches of organizing a rental car, returning my vehicle to me beautifully detailed and more means I will use them again if I ever need body work. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I brought my mother's car for repairs to the rear bumper of a 1999 Honda Civic (on an ICBC claim).Amrit and his team were excellent at handling all of the details with ICBC and most importantly, kept us apprised every step of the way.I cannot stress how important communication is to a customer when waiting for parts or approvals. Amrit showed his professionalism as well as his courtesy by calling me to inform me when the part was expected to arrive and when we could get the job done.Having worked in customer service as well as owning a company that provides services to various organizations, I can tell you that this is extremely important nowadays. Common courtesy of communicating with the customer.I am currently dealing with another situation where I have had to chase down the representatives for information on the progress of work that needs to be done and I can tell you that this is not the case with Amrit and his team.I highly recommend this team and compliment them all on how the team operates.

Great service. Helpful manager and manager assistant. It took 1 week to get approved by ICBC, and another week to get it done while other shops told me to wait 2 weeks just for the estimation. They gave me progress update and washed my car as well. Highly recommended!

I brought my work vehicle here and I gotta say top notch service they were very informative on all my questions I asked. Was so surprised when they called me and said my vehicle is ready didn’t realize how quick they were able to get it fixed. The personnels are so kind and professional. I got my car fixed on time as agreed. They showed me the damage of my vehicle and how it is fixed. My car looks new as if nothing happened. I will highly recommend this Boyd branch to anybody.
