Richard Fink and his knowledgeable staff really care about injured workers and their rights. Mr. Fink has been honest, fair and extremely hard working and continues to work hard on my particular case. Fink & Bornstein was an outstanding team that cared immensely about my rights as an injured worker. Mr. Fink worked hard representing me and was very accommodating in answering all my questions. He is extremely knowledgable in regards to cases dealing with WSIB. Mr. Fink and his team fought hard for my rights and provided my case with genuine care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and supportive team that will make sure that your voice is heard as an injured worker.

Would give a 0 star rating if i could. Mr .fink is a perfect example of why people have a hard time trusting lawyers. I was in a vulnerable time in my life when i came to Mr. fink for help. I suffered a serious injury to my right leg which resulted in 80 staples and just over 30 stitches and wasnt able to walk for a good 4 months. Upon speaking to Mr. fink about my case and the severity of my injury, I was told that it was worth fighting for and proceeded to pay fink a little over 500 dollars to start. He then advises me to make an appointment with a specialist which I did but found it a little odd that he never took the initiative to set anything up. Anyways, next thing you know Mr. Fink vanishes off the face of the earth without an ounce of care or dignity towards his client". I felt more like a victim of a scam than i did a "client". When i first started searching for a lawyer i noticed a bunch of bad reviews on this guy but decided not to listen to them and give it a shot. Boy

Mr. Fink was only willing to look at our WSIB case if he could read the entire file and be paid $5000 up front to read the file. I had previously made a condensed document that highlighted all of my husband’s medical information and WSIB correspondences/decisions, and that placed everything in chronological order with diagrams and appendices. I offered to pay Mr. Fink his hourly fee to read this, and several other most-relevant documents, so he could get a feel for our case and whether there could be a strategy to fight the WSIB. Mr. Fink was uninterested and assumed that my husband and I would not be able to afford the type of case we were hoping to pursue. My husband and I have the funds and wanted to pursue a case that would benefit more than just us. I simply did not want to risk wasting $5000 on a lawyer who did not even read my initial email before calling me for a “free” consult. We wanted to invest in a lawyer who would invest in us, but clearly Mr. Fink was not that man. On a positive note, the woman who called us to book the free consult was lovely.

I had no idea how to proceeded with our company’s WSIB case nor did I fully understand what our rights were so I went to Mr Fink. It was so reassuring for me to know that he was looking after our interests in the best possible way. His expertise, his time and hard work were very much appreciated and resulted in a successful conclusion. Mr Fink and his staff were available at all times to answer questions and explain legal matters to us. He kept us up to date by email or telephone as events occurred. We were always in the loop.If you have a WISB issue, I would highly recommend Mr Fink. He knows his stuff!

Mr. Fink and his staff are very professional!! When I first met with Mr. Fink, he explained the process and what needs to happen. He has been doing what he said he would do and more. One of my friend suggested Mr Fink's name when I was actively looking to hire a lawyer for my case. In a first meeting, I knew he is the Lawyer I was looking for and by the time he proved it. Very knowledgeable, confident and master of dealing cases with WSIB. Mr Fink and his support staff specially mentioned Pamela are very helpful and guided me through out the process. Very supportive and fight for the rights of injured workers. Mr Fink is the BEST lawyer if you want to deal with WSIB.

I can say that the staff is excellent, very efficient and professional, butI have to add that Mr Fink is the opposite.Very rude, thinking that yelling at his clients would make them feel guilty of something.Or probably looking for an excuse not to do any work.For the amount that I prepaid, I am glad that I didn’t have to rely on such a money grabbing,rude and disrespectful “lawyer”. Not to mention that his clients time is worth nothing for him.He made me wait for him to come to the office, without any excuse for being late - he was only riding his bicycle for fun.Too bad he was recommended by another lawyer, who also turned out to be unprofessional.I am starting to think - they form a special group for annoyed and grumpy old men, instead being more wise and experienced: serving their clients better and for their benefit ( actually earning the money they ask for).

I was having troubles dealing with the W.S.I.B , I contacted Fink and Bornstein and I'm so happy I did.Mr Fink is very well known at the W.S.I.B ,as soon as he became my legal representative boy did things change for the good,having these guy's in your corner really takes the pressure and stress out of your day. It's still going to be a bit off a grind , and it's a long process.When we finally had our trial of course I was nervous, but Mr. Fink was exuding confidence, he was extremely prepared, he completely took over the courtroom and I was blown away by his expertise.If you want a lawyer go get one! Without Mr. Finks help I was struggling with the bureaucratic government agency that is supposed to take care of injured workers, and I was helpless.With Mr. Finks guidance I have been able to cut through the red tape and deal with the proper people.Mr. Fink does not leave you feeling like the industrial waste companies and bureaucrats make you feel like.I appreciate his, and his staffs help very much.
