Mutt Hutt Grooming

We took our 1 year old Golden Retriever Mookie to Mutt Hutt for the first time. They did an amazing job! They asked all the right questions regarding trimming etc, making sure they knew exactly what I wanted! Mookie looks & smells fantastic, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely incredible service, they prioritized my puppies experience and gradually eased her into it and made sure she was emotionally ready for a haircut. My bichon frise looks as good as a show dog, they truly truly cared about her well-being, I will DEFINITELY be rebooking!

Absolutely love the service they provide! Both my dogs are always happy to see the ladies and they come home looking and smelling wonderful! Excellent customer service! I recommend to everyone looking for a groomer!

We took our nervous, unsure shepherd mix to Mutt Hutt Grooming and they said she did so well!They plan out drop off and pickup times so you are not interacting with any other clients - which I appreciate because our doggo is quite shy and overwhelmed in new situations. Dozer looks, feels and smells so fresh!!! We will definitely be back with both our dogs soon!!!Much appreciation for helping our doggo look her best!!!

Nikki is awesome! My dog is quite timid and Nikki is the only one that is able to trim her nails, she goes out of her way to make sure that the experience is fantastic. Thank you for everything!

First time bringing our four year old mini poodle to Mutt Hutt and it was great! I appreciate the fantastic communication about appointment details, the thorough job of grooming (all elements) and the calm environment Mutt Hutt has. My dog seemed well loved (she looks great) and I feel like my money was well spent. Thank you Mutt Hutt!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Very rude customer service. Told me to wait outside until my dog’s appointment, I was 4 minutes early. I wouldn’t have had a problem with that except the way I was spoken too was literally like a dog.I do NOT recommend this business to anyone. How you can treat your clients/perspective clients this way baffles me in this day. If you are stressed and don’t like your job then do not work in a customer service position. No customers equals no business!

Every time we take our dog there he is depressed and looks scared for days after, which never happened with his previous groomer. Also more recently my e-transfer did not go through immediately (sometimes it can take up to half an hour) and he was ready to be picked up. I offered to pay via debit or credit card just so I can take my dog and get on with my day. I was told e-transfer or cash only. Then the owner basically held my dog hostage until the payment went through at their end. I wasted a whole hour of my lunch time waiting. Also we have been their customers for the past several years, so I’m not sure why it suddenly seemed that we weren’t going to make a payment. I felt low and like a criminal and I just wanted my buddy. Never going back there. Be careful where you take your pets and whom you trust with your most vulnerable family members. Do not go to this woman! Also not sure why there is no debit or credit card payments taken makes me think this is under the table and not a registered business.

We've been going to the Mutt Hutt for as long as they've been in operation and we won't go anywhere else. We get our dog shaved, bathed, brushed, blown out, you name it - and have always been very happy with the results. More importantly, I love that I'm supporting a business that is reliable, clean, friendly and clearly has lots of love for the animals.Thank you with all our hearts for all the love you've shown Ruby over the years! xo

Nicki and Liz take great care of my dog's nails even though she is a shivering mess. They are very gentle and efficient. She is reluctant to go in but they speak gently to her and is always wagging her tail when I pick her up. She gets her nails trimmed here about once per month as well as getting her snout trimmed. Much more affordable than the vet's office.
