Best place to purchase electronics.Awesome store. Great variety. you can order it for pick up at any designated store nearest you.In store staff very helpfull & friendly. Never have a problem.I have experienced friendly and great service with every department. the staff are great and they help you with a big smile. I have purchased a Sony Sound bar. I was confused with other brands but after checking with Demo decided to order Sony due to an out of stock issue.I will definitely recommend this store for a one stop shop for all electronics needs. Best and reasonable cost compared to other stores. Rating 10/10

Always enjoy visiting Best Buy! Are usually stick to buying my electronics here. Specifically things for my GoPro or Camera! They literally have everything and anything you could want in the way of electronics! We get our computers fixed here, external speakers, headphones and so much more! I have had several problems with things that I’ve purchased here and their return policy is awesome! Never had a problem exchanging or returning something that I didn’t want or that was defective. Great customer service and very knowledgable staff.

Yesterday we went there, to buy a laptop.The guy who was helping at the cash counter named Eeshaan. He was so impatient and didn’t show any professionalism. We had some queries and we wanted to know about some of their policies about monthly instalments. He was having hard time in explaining due to his impatience.His service was totally unpleasant and pathetic. The best buy people should give some proper training to their staff. They should treat everyone equally.

this Best Buy location used to be good but the new workers here can’t even speak English, rude and unprofessional. I’ve applied for many jobs here but you guys hire people who walks around the store not doing their job and can barely communicate. Brampton is becoming a joke.

You’re greeted by a staff at the front door that can assist you to the right department and all around are staffs that are available to assist you as needed. This store is clean and well kept and even has a bathroom for it’s customers. One thing to keep in mind is that not all the lanes are wheelchair accessible. Some lanes are rather small. They could work on that. But overall, fast and efficient service. They even deliver to your car. Great store.

At first there was one staff only at billing counter whereas 4 customers were waiting in queue. They were asking each other to login whereas it is expected to promptly serve clients.Harleen and some lady staff named Mauhak were rude and do not know how to value their old clients.They made our experience bad again from same store we went in the past and faced inexperienced staff but since we are from Brampton we thought of visiting Brampton store. Because of this very reason we went to Vaughan all the way from Brampton to purchase.Best Buy needs to train staff soft skills.If I visit again would hope a better outcome. Though small but they lost a business of $1500 and a trusted client as well.

I have a really bad experience with best but at bremalea city centre,noone was cooperative there especially customer care and geek squad.I bought a laptop in mid January and use only 6 days in month , it was broken few days ago unexpectedly because it did not fallen down and there was no incident occurred with the laptop physically but didn't assist me as I shown also the condition of laptop there was no scratch on it .It was a cheaper quality as outside material was started to broken into small pieces. Even I took it with full consideration and packed after use always.

At geek squad,The girl and the man both were very rude. Not at all helping. They don't even know how to behave with people.I strongly do not recommend anyone to visit there.

You can set the staff roam around and do nothing other than chat each other up but won’t come forward to help customers.Would have bought the warranty but sales guy was eager to get back on his phone to chat up.Poorly managed sales team and staff.
