I really enjoy their dual-currency credit card. I don’t need to carry too much Chinese Currency when I frequently travel to China. It’s so convenient to pay with my CNY account and save the exchange cost.

Went to open an account in , the whole bank is empty but they said there is no way to open the account today, you have to go back and make an appointment for next time. They also want to know why do you want to open an account and what will you do for the money like a police! I have no idea why their service was so bad here, they are not like this in China! So disappointed
