We were very pleased with City Furniture's service. We visited twice over a couple of days, looking for a mattress and boxspring. The young lady on floor gave us terrific service both times and the sale price was competitive. The two gentlemen, Ashish and Sukh, delivered right on time, were quick and friendly and professional. Great service in store. Delivery was an absolute disaster. They scratched the floors at our old house. At the new house they delivered 2 dish washers with dents (1 they dropped in front of our eyes) in it and said thats by design. Still havent heard back from mgmt after 2 emails. Very frustrating

I have bought 2 appliances in the last year from the salmon arm store, and both had to be sent back due not working properly. Yes, we got replacements, eventually. Now I am aware that it is a huge wait due too stock issues. But there was a huge lack of communication on their part. Our item finally arrived and we recieved the call to pick up today. Now, while in the store dealing with our transaction and explains our disappointment to our sales person, the other sales women interrupts the conversation and starts a verbal fight with my husband, ignoring her own customer that was also in the middle pf their own transaction. I will never recommend this store to anyone ever again! Horrible experience!

The measure of a business is how they deal with a problem and City Furniture gets an A+ for the way they dealt with my Mom who was not happy with her bed. They happily gave her amother mattress the same day.We love dealing with this family run business.

Our washer quit so City Furniture, Salmon Arm, was our first choice to purchase another one seen as we had previously purchased furniture from them. The young lady (sorry, never got your name) was very friendly and was knowledgable about each machine we looked at. She listened to what we wanted without trying to sell us something we didn't need nor want . No pressure sales talk.Delivery was pushed up a day to accommodate us and it was delivered on time by 2 polite, charming gentlemen.Certainly City Furniture, Salmon Arm will be our go-to place.

Absolutely the best furniture store I have ever shopped at!!We have purchased a number of items from City and our go to sales person is Sarah, who is fantastic!We have found that the deals Sunny sets out are as good as it gets.We don't even shop anywhere else now, whenever we need something we just go to City and 99% of the time they have what we need at a great price.Whoever reads this, give City a shot, you will not be disappointed!!
