We purchased a gorgeous Perlimpinpin size 6X/7 winter jacket and snowpants for my son, but we noticed after he started wearing it that the zipper was very weak, difficult to zip, and kept splitting. I wrote to the company, and their customer service was excellent! They were very responsive, and they sent a new zipper and reimbursed us for the seamstress fees. The new zipper is fantastic, I think the first one was simply an anomaly. I would not hesitate to purchase another winter jacket from Perlimpinpin. Clearly they are committed to customer service. Plus, the jacket and snowpants are excellent quality.

Produits très intéressants. De plus, excellent service à la clientèle: un produit reçu était endommagé, mais son remplacement a rapidement été effectué.

J’ai effectué 2 commandes et la réception est très rapide. Mon petit homme adore les gigoteuses. Je le recommande c’est d’ailleurs ce que j’offre pour les nouvelles naissances. Bon produit local. N’hésitez pas à encourager l’entreprise.

We have several sleep sacs for my son as we love the fabric and supporting a Canadian company. I wrote to the company via email about the dissatisfaction I have with the zippers splitting at the top of the sac and on a number of occasions finding my son with loose fabric during his sleep. This is not safe for my infant as the zippers should NOT be splitting like that. The customer service person requested NUMEROUS pictures and my receipts (proof that I actually own these sacs). I provided everything she asked for but was notified that I had to contact the retailer myself and settle this with them and there was nothing they can do. If I could give a zero star rating I would. They do NOT care if your child is safe wearing these sleep sacs nor do they care about customer care. A complete disgrace and embarrassment of an organization! I will NEVER buy any Perlimpinpin products for my children and will not recommend this brand to any of my friends or family members who bave young children.

Je suis québécoise et j'encourage les compagnies du Québec, mais lorsque j'apprends qu'une compagnie québécoise offre le service de livraison partout au Canada et aux États-Unis SAUF au Québec, ça me dépasse. J'ai contacté la compagnie ce matin pour voir si c'était une erreur, mais non : on m’a confirmé qu’au Québec, on peut acheter leurs produits seulement chez leurs détaillants, pas en ligne.J’espère qu'ils changeront cette approche pour permettre que nous, les québécois, puissions profiter des articles en promotions en ligne nous aussi.C'est extrêmement décevant.

I had originally posted a 2-star review due to my insatisfaction with their anti-scratch mittens. Someone from Perlimpinpin quickly contacted me to understand, apologize, and rectify it. Excellent customer service!Original post:I bought their anti-scratch mittens via Thyme Maternity. The design of the mitten is horrid, does more harm than good. The velcro strap doesn't tighten at all, so the mittens come off all the time. Also, there are tags on the outside of the mittens, which ended up scratching my baby's face (bleeding). Otherwise, the material is very soft, just bad design.

Unfortunately the high delivery cost ($15) has stopped me from buying from this store even if the sleepsacks i was looking for are very good quality. I chose Agatha instead who charges $8.00 to deliver.....
