@trevor kneeland I looked at your pictures and did the calculation on the belt in the pictures. It's 4 too long.I don't know why they didn't refund you I think they are getting better at power transmission belts and not just conveyor belting

These guys have always been our go to belt shop. Great sevice always!

Excellent service. Completely stand by what they sell. Promptly took care of an issue we had and immediately made it right. Our business depends on their efforts. Without proper attention to our account, we would have to go elsewhere.

They flat out ordered me the wrong belt and then they wouldn't let me return it:I inquired about a belt for a treadmill. I gave them the Brand, Make, Model numbers, and even a picture of the belt that showed all said information. Without them clarifying any information from me, they said they could order me a belt.The belt they ordered did not fit and did not match any of the very detailed information I had given them. I was refused a refund and a follow up to reconsider on a refund was ignored.In short, they sell belts, but didn't bother to order a small treadmill belt and they would not even attempt to remedy the mistake. This negative review is the result of not refunding a $27 dollar belt that THEY incorrectly sized and could probably re-sell.
