I have been working with liftboss in Calgary for going on 4 years and the service is outstanding.I highly recommend them for there commitments for customer service always answer the phone no matter what time or day. The follow up on making sure equipment is delivered on time and then continue to show interest with a follow up call to make sure equipment is what my company needs are appreciated. I highly recommend liftboss to anyone looking for safe and reliable equipment as well as excellent service.

Would not recommend. Called and made an appointment and waited 3 days for so called appointment. With a no show from them. Very unprofessional and will not use again. Would recommend noble equipment for your jcb parts and service.

It is easy to give a 5 Star review when everything is going great. However, it is the exceptional companies that are able to receive 5-Stars when things are not going so well. We have been conduction business with LiftBoss for the better part of 10 years now.Last year we had an issue where things didn’t go so well. However, LiftBoss stepped right up and went far beyond expectations for customer service.Chris Ridge the Sales Representative and Warren Cole the General Manager went into customer service mode extraordinaire and spent countless hours resolving this issue.Their entire staff works on the same customer service mentality.Have any service issues or breakdowns? Call Renee, she'll have you fixed up and back to work in no time.Need a new or used forklift and/or any extra parts? Call Chris, he won’t stop until you have exactly what you need.Any specific questions on industry and/or training? Call Warren, he's forgotten more about forklifts then most of us will ever know. Unbelievable great source for information.It is because of this exceptional customer service, why we continue to be a loyal customer to LiftBoss.We are looking forward to another 10 Years and beyond!

I have been using Liftboss for a couple of years now. I know them quite well and demand a lot from them as things always land up to be an emergency and Dave and his crew have never let me down . I demand lots as I am a difficult customer but they sure rise above the rest by far as I were at the big boys but you get lost as there are too many people involved in a case and the ball gets dropped.Keep up the good work Liftboss!
