the store on the basement: the guy on the left with a bit long hair curved at the end: Rude, time waste, low-end, uneducated, hard-communicated. He told me go away, never come back! yes, never come back.

Possibly the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. Spoke to a youngish guy with a ponytail. He got angry and condescending when I asked about some faucet seals that I brought with me. He said his job is to sell new faucets not be my plumber? This was in their service/parts department !!!!! Unbelievable

This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to. I stood there in the front entryway for 15 minutes in front of signs the size of me. 4 employees saw me, no one said hello, nor indicated when they’d let me in they just let me stand there until I finally left. It wasn’t even like they were at capacity since I was the only potential customer in the store. Worst service ever.

Customer service is NOT in their vocabulary. Every step of the way they make it hard for you to accomplish your tasks of purchasing and obtaining products. It’s astounding they’re still in business and they should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I had never done business with them. Never again.

I just bought a 10inch rough in toilet unit.the lady who served me had an attitude like I owe her a fortune than serves me as a client.take a look the fracture a 14h10:58I am living right on the corner, and told her I need another toilet unit....she didn't even show she cares my business. maybe she is the owner. but with this kind of service quality. I am not happy at all and felt humiliated by her attitude. there is a problem on her head. if she doesn't like to service the customers. go away find another job. we spend money here and deserve a minimum respect. no?

First call in English, waited on hold then hung up.Second attempt in French. Didn't look up a part number, told us to call back once we had the exact part number from the manufacturer.

Just wanted to say thank you to store manager M.Savard for responding quickly to the issue at hand. He made sure the problem I had with supplier was resolved and shipped me the replacement faucet within a week of me calling him.Thank you

Awful customer service on two occassions.I purchased 2 sinks from Blanco and after I got home, realized they had given me two of the same sinks, instead of a larger and smaller versions. When I called, the man who answered was dreadful! He had a terrible attitude and didn’t even want to check the order info on my acct. After 20 minutes, I wanted to pull my hair out.Fast forward two months. I called to inquire about another purchase. My rep is on mat leave. I ended up getting this same man on the phone who was equally as rude and impatient. He insisted I come in person to pay BEFORE he will tell me an approx delivery date.It’s not even what he says so much as the way he says it.I’ve just purchased online instead to avoid any more negativity. (Faster too)

Super helpful clerk. For questions she didn't know the answers, she would refer to Marc who has more experience. They both worked super well as a team. I now feel more confident about my choices and have ordered the réservoirs murales I needed which are to arrive by the end of the week. I was given printouts with the specs for the other pieces (hanging wall toilet and compact washbasin) I'm considering and fair warning it'll take 8-10weeks for shipping (covid delays).Would definitely recommend

My son who is a plumber is the one that brought me here .Always found the parts that i was looking at the parts store on the basement they always had it in stock .Guys at the front counter have always been polite and helpful with questions i had .
