Antoine Mountain

I had the pleasure of spending six days on snow at Antoine Mountain recently. I cannot say enough about this almost hidden gem of a snow resort.Every staff member that I encountered was happy, friendly, and helpful. I had some special requirements during my stay and they went above and beyond to help me and my friends out!While I cannot speak to all the food on the menu, the salads that I had were the freshest and tastiest ever. I am not sure where they get strawberries that are just as good as those in June!Given the warm and rainy weather that we have had this winter, there was a good amount of terrain open due to snowmaking.Mother nature helped out with an Ontario powder day" when central Ontario was getting rain. The mountain has all the amenities you expect: indoor and outdoor dining, bar, rental shop, lessons, washrooms, and more! Reach Ontario's third highest peak using the quad lift and enjoy the spacious slopes. Snowmobilers are welcomed as well!

Has the longest run in Ontario. Great food. A little expensive especially since they don't have any lights for night time runs. Would be nice if they could get lights for just one or two runs

Antoine mountain has everything a ski hill needs to be great except a massive population base. I had runs all to myself today, a Sunday with bright sun and Spring-like temperatures . The ski-runs were well groomed with a large base and new snow just 2 days ago. Enough great runs for variety. My wife, a beginner skier, had a lesson with Murray, and her experience was so positive she is looking forward to skiing again.

Sometimes reviews are given even when you haven’t visited the business or location. This is one of those reviews. Today, my daughter lost her phone while skiing Mount Antoine. She was absolutely beside herself about it. After frantically looking to no avail, the end of the day came and the lifts were shut down and she had to leave the hill. I called the lodge while she was still there, after the official close time and a man named Todd pleasantly answered, listened to my fatherly ask and said “not to worry”. He would take a sled back up the hill with her and help her look. After an hour of sending locations from Find My Phone to him, I got a very elated call from my daughter that he had found her phone. I am in the business of providing service and Todd went above and beyond by helping a young lady, whose day of skiing was about to be nothing but a bad memory. Now, she is thrilled and I am sure will speak huge stories and accolades about Todd. Thanks Todd. Five stars all the way.

My family and friends from Deep River have skied here for many years. Friendly staff. This resort tends to get more snow and hold it better than others in Ontario due to it's northwestern location. Runs are mostly intermediate and nice for cruising. Lodge is modern and well maintained. Views from the top are wonderful.

This was such a beautiful snowshoe trail in winter! The temperature started at -21⁰C and no wind this morning, 25 Feb 2023, and warmed up to -14⁰ by the time we finished the full loop at 2pm, and we were all alone on our trail.

By far one of the more aggressive hills in our area. Beautiful chalet.

This is a great little hill and the staff is amazing; very friendly and helpful. The bar is great and the atmosphere is perfect on the hill and in the chalet! We had a wonderful day even when it was -20!

The runs are good. The setting is beautiful. The run staff and ticket staff were great. The cafeteria is a joke. If you're thinking of getting fries or a burger? Nope. Only soup and pre-wrapped sandwiches and chocolate bars. They neglected to put this on their web site. And if you're not drinking alcohol...watch out! The bar wardens will tell you to leave the table. The entire chalet is open seating. I bought about $20 work of drinks and junk food and was still told to move because it's in the bar" area (I was there for about 15-20 minutes). No signs anywhere. Nobody waiting for tables. Apparently the woman needed to fluff her feathers and show her assertiveness by kicking me out. Won't be back. You need to treat all customers the same...booze or not.
