Le personnel est toujours courtois et souriant.Ils répondent très rapidement en cas de problème.Super service à la clientèle. L’immeuble est au gout du jour et très propre.

Alexandra est une super manager, toutes les requêtes sont adressées rapidement et efficacement. Une grande réactivité, de la transparence et beaucoup d’empathie dans son rapport aux autres. Le Saint M2 est une valeur sûre avec Alexandra aux commandes!

Good location but5% rent increase yearly.Terrible management.

More than 5% rent increase every year. There's nothing that justifies such a high increase.It use to be a great place to live. The service has drastically gone down. The building is not well maintained: garbages everywhere, graffiti not taken care of, wasp nest under the pool deck never removed, pool and hot tub both broken, bbq promised by 12th of July still hasn't been installed, elevators always down and takes weeks before concierge comes to fix things in your apartment. As for the elevators, instead of locking the left elevator the whole night(even the whole weekend at times!) They should unlock it as soon as the people are done moving. But they keep it lock for ages so when the right elevator breaks (happens often) we have to take the stairs! Imagine living on the 14th floor. For the prices we pay and the rent increases(always at the most they can possibly do by the law) it is very frustrating.
