so disappointed, After two times online claim for the broken chair and no response. I went in person to the store and explain the situation to one of the managers named Megan She blatantly told me to tighten screw every time before use and that is what they DO AT STORE"following her advice I have to make sure to my kids remember to tighten the screw before every meal time. I asked to talk to another manager if they wiling to solve the issue. She told me to go and claim again we will take care of it. My claim was done for the thirth times and I called store for follow up

I ordered a fridge out of the store in Coquitlam, and when the delivery people came they had to take the door off the hinges to get the fridge inside. Upon reinstallation of the door they left it misaligned so it drags when you open it. At the same time I found they left a thumb nail sized hole in our floor from the corner of the fridge.Over a year later and playing phone tag multiple times, I constantly get the assurance they'll call the appropriate department and call me back. Purchased in Nov 2021 and I still have a hole in my kitchen floor. Complete disregard for someones property, and trying to ignore the problem has resulted in me leaving this review. I will continue to call as well until they replace the whole floor at this point.

I am extremely disappointed at The Brick Coquitlam. My husband and I bought the TATE 7 Pcs dinning set along with its matching server which cost over $6k on Nov 22. They were very pleasant taking our funds but when we called in with complaints about the server which cost us $1,699 being delivered damaged, we were told by the agent there is nothing they can do because it was reported over 48hrs after purchase! Are you serious? We just moved to a new home and still sorting things out, forgive us if fixing dining set is the last thing on our minds in between painting and settling in. We were not even asking for a refund, just an exchange or at least fix your mistake. It's bad business sense to burn bridges with a customer that have spent so much money at your store because you cannot resolve a $1,699 server that was delivered damaged.. FYI this is not our first purchase as we had bought the EMMAFAAC couch set and a dinning table set that cost over $3k a little over a year ago. I strongly will not recommend the brick to anyone after this experience.

Had a really great, low-pressure experience with my partner shopping for a new couch. Mario greeted us soon after coming into the store, and gave us the space to trial all the couches we could. And when we found the one that was just right for us, he went out of his way to find it in stock (as the inventory was being held for developers and stagers), then coordinated additional savings, and set us up with a quick delivery as well. Mario was really kind to take the time to explain care process and all the details on delivery and setup.

I had a great experience in store but once my order was delivered the problems started. I was sent the wrong size mattress so I called the store but got no answer, I waited and called back another day and was told there was 3 options for me, I don't want options, I just want the proper size mattress, I was told the salesman would call me back but its been another week and I still haven't had a call to settle this problem.I went in today to have the problem solved and I got my proper size matress and a refund.

Online sales agent review: Salesperson Ali was very helpful! I was on chat with Bricks online and Ali helped me find the floor model of the bed frame that I was looking for as I told Ali that we would like to see the bed frame in person before ordering. He made an effort to find where the floor model is and guide me the way forward. Thank you Ali for your great online customer service!! Appreciate your help!

I was looking at options to replace my old dryer and went into The Brick's website. Decided to to click on chat" and was immediately connected to "Aryan" who was so helpful in every way. Ended up buying a dryer within a few minutes of speaking to him as I had all the details and costs which was also better priced overall than others (including warranty). Transaction was really smooth - glad I didn't have to go into different stores to shop for one! Exceeded my expectations. Great customer service with Aryan! Thank you."

Terrible experience. It seems that The Brick’s policy is to intentionally mislead their customers just to make a sale and commission. We asked several times if our products were in stock as we need them ASAP, which our sales consultant, Aryan, confirmed. After paying in full, we were notified that our sectional was on manufacturer back-order (which clearly shows up in their system — my partner used to work there), and wouldn’t be shipped until June at the earliest. Manufacture back order means that no other store has it, as not even the supplier has it — this was not a case of it being in stock at the time and then sold out after purchase. It would have been on back order for weeks. When confronted, he didn’t deny intentionally misleading us. He and management gave no apology or acknowledgement at all and just kept trying to convince us that only having half a couch until earliest June was perfectly fine. We will NEVER shop at the Brick again and will recommend to all our friends and family to go elsewhere if they value reputable and honest service.

Fella at loading Dock totally inept. Crashed dolley 3 times in a row with same size boxes on way to door.No damage done so no harm. Very slow too. The product was fine. We all need to learn. Hope next time is better?
