In 2019, I decided to lease a 2019 Santa Fe Turbo. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Great service all round- from the sales people, to parts and service, management and all employees I've dealt with. Exceptional. My lease runs out in 2024. Looking forward to the new Santa Fe and continued service at Capital Hyundai.

Working with Danny Crane and the whole team has been a very easy process. They listened, worked with us and updated when they could. Even in challenging times others stepped in to keep things going smoothly. Thank you for everything, we love our 2023 Tucson PHEV.

I’ve always had fantastic experiences as a Hyundai customer but yesterday I had the extreme pleasure of visiting Capital Hyundai from the lens of an educator, witnessing their strong sense of community. My student and I spent the day with the amazing folks at Capital Hyundai who went above and beyond for us. We toured the building, got to see some “behind the scenes” action and learned many valuable lessons about the automotive world. The people at Capital Hyundai made a lasting impression and they showed me the immeasurable amount of care, compassion and connection they hold for our community youth and education. Dealing with Capital Hyundai has been an absolute nightmare. They are unprofessional, unethical and they breached my privacy.I bought a brand new 2022 Santa Fe in Feb 2022 and it has been on their lot since August 2022. I had multiple issues, the major and most concerning was it losing speed on the highway with no warning or indication causing me to get nearly killed, not once, but twice. Hyundai could not duplicate the problem so told me to take the vehicle back and I did the first time, but the second time I refused, I wasn’t going to risk my or my child’s life. The second time I was also told it was unsafe to drive so they would send a tow truck, interestingly nothing was repaired, but I was expected to take it back and drive that “unsafe vehicle” or as the shop foreman told me “take it and try it”. Since I refused, the loaner was taken back and I was left with no car while I went through CAMVAP arbitration. I won (after 6 long months) because it was felt it would have been detrimental should I have continued to drive my Santa Fe. I received full value for my Santa Fe, however I paid out of pocket $7000 (Jan-June) for a rental as I needed a vehicle. This entire time I also had to pay for my Santa Fe even though it was unsafe to drive.It’s sad when a company of this capacity values money over your life!The amount of trauma and anxiety this company has caused me is indescribable and they still did not even have the decency to offer so much as an apology. I went through hell dealing with both Capital Hyundai and Hyundai Canada for the past 11 months, nobody deserves to be disrespected the way I was, especially a paying customer.

Fantastic dealership! The best service I’ve ever had. I have bought several cars from Danny and he’s top notch… quick to reply to my phone calls and texts, and will be honest with you whether you like it or not. Very satisfied with Danny and his colleagues and this dealership.

Although we made an appointment, they treated us like we just came by. I filled out all details about what we were looking for before, but they did not have any information at hand. Their attitude was unprofessional and too rude. They even did not invite us to salesperson's room, instead they kept us waiting in hallways with a very discriminative attitude. Waited for an hour for trade-in value while they gave us very bad price way below than book value, carfax, and other dealership appraisals. I will contact Hyundai Canada too about their treating us without respect and professionalism.

Note the generic copy/paste response below my review where they ask me to reach out when they’ve already told us they don’t want our business LOL. We were looking to buy a 2023 Hybrid Santa Fe but with all the extra “mandatory” charges, it was a HUGE turn off. The add-ons should be optional- we didn’t want them for free, we just didn’t want them at all but they claim it’s part of their “buying experience.” They totaled over $1500. The fees are for a 3 year tire warranty for $699, a $150 glass deductible and $260 for mud guards. Their admin fee was also $100 higher than Clarenville (who also didn’t even require a deposit!) After contacting Hyundai head office, we were told that Capital Hyundai was independently owned and didn’t want to do business with us, LOL. We went to Hyundai in Clarenville where they removed the charges right away, had our new vehicle in a couple of months and were AMAZING to deal with. I’ve heard the same experience from multiple people now as well. I feel bad for their sales staff- the bad management and practices probably cause them to lose sales, therefore lose commission. The salesman we dealt with however, was super nice and professional, did everything they could to try and work it out with us. If you want above and beyond service- go to Clarenville where you’re treated like a valued customer.

The Service team is amazing! Holly has been my service advisor since I got my vehicle and always goes above and beyond! This last service was wonderful as I had a full spa done and my car looked brand new inside! Thanks Capital Hyundai for another great experience!

I just bought my new car. Both my husband and I are very pleased with our new Hyundai Venue. There were no Venues in stock and we had our heart on a Hyundai Venue. The dealer Chris, did everything to find us the car. Within one week, we had the car we asked for. It is a Beautiful car and the service was EXCELLENT! Buying this car was hassle-free. I would highly recommend a Hyundai.
