I took my 2 year old daughter here for her flu shot and the person administering it was terrible with her. He didn’t even say hello or acknowledge her. He wasn’t gentle whatsoever and of course, she cried her head off. Until then, she was ok with injections and now she’s terrified of them.

Seems to be in order, friendly staff and quick service. I would recommend that they turn down the volume on the self check out because it was very loud and very annoying. I never had this issue before and it would make me stop using self check out if it continues. I usually shop at a Shopper's every Saturday or Sunday for their specials and always have a great visit.

Last time I checked this place had a major mouse issue! Now every time I buy chips I squeeze the bag to see if any holes have been chewed into it. Not a fun time.

This Review is about the Pharmacy Only : Service has gone down hill , waiting time of 30 mins or more on the phone just to get someone is not right , the pharmacists do not trust their customers word , you pay for pills , they give you some then tell you they owe you , when you go to go up the owed pills they tell you that you have picked up the pills which is not true and they don't have anything on file noting they owe you , it takes days to get your prescription after phoning it in or having a doctor send it in , the delivery service is never on time or never sent out on the correct day that was provided , they say they are going to send them out and never do : Get your pharmacy staff trained better

The worst pharmacy service I’ve ever seen in my life.You better off without their services even if you are dying, you are better death than dealing with the unprofessionalism of these people. Not just a messed up prescription and a 3 hours of continuous attempts to try to get a hold of them over the phone, when you get lucky enough for one of them to pick up they just put you on hold to end the call later. But also expect to deal with them days later when you discover that they didn’t provide the right doses.Unprofessional service, rude staff I don’t even understand how they are still allowed to practice.Edit : the customer care number they provide In response to this isn’t working either, tried to call twice the ligne after 40ish minutes of wait in the queue the waiting music stops then the call ends 1 min after.

Wow, this store is convenient, and we use it occasionally and they seem to have good inventory. However, the Pharmacy I would steer way clear of. Go to an independent like Pharmasave on Novale! The rudeness, medication never ready on time, good luck with same day. They have constant IT issues as their Pharmacy interface does not work with the Provincial program. Last new manager lasted a month! Can't blame her. They need more staff. There are lots of language barrier's, which I understand I just hope over time they improve. No customer service. Won't text you to tell you your prescription is ready for pick up. If you guess, it's likely a wasted trip, if you call they never answer the phone, or put the phones on silent. My Dr. could not be on hold for, 30 min or more to ask a question or make directions, as soon as all that stress hit my Dr. that was the final straw. I love and am blessed with an Amazing Dr. I know many, too many of you need one. I went on the Provincial list, it took about 8-9 months,! Never ever use their Pharmacy! I don't even miss the hours which were very convenient. I can live without them now that I have a delivery service for when I can't get in on time!

There is no method of contact or notification in the event that the pharmacy can't fill the prescription and the staff refuse to answer the phone. The staff told me this directly. That means if they don't have your meds you have no way of knowing to go somewhere else. In this particular case the prescription causes withdrawal symptoms. After days of waiting for the prescription to be filled, not knowing that it was cancelled, we had to contact another location and they got ahold of them. The other shoppers got this location to fill the prescription with a different dose. That means they had the meds in a different dosage the entire time. I had to watch a loved one suffer withdrawal and the symptoms being treated for days. All because they won't answer the phone. This has happened more than once. We changed pharmacies of course. This place is dangerous to get meds from if they are treating serious issues. You can't depend on them. Do not go here.

Generally bad vibes. Something is really not doin in this pharmacy. Many folks here have already covered the major issues. Just want to throw down and say they aren’t making it up. I’ve received texts telling me to come pick up my prescription, only to have a confused pharmacist tell me it isn’t ready yet. I’ve had employees look me in the eye and see that I am waiting, only to go back to talking with each other about nothing to do with pharmacy and not doing anything related to their job. The repeated automated comment on low reviews is very annoying. I’m probably going to get one too. Don’t ask us to call you and wait on hold just to talk to someone who does not care. You are providing a service to people who need medicine, often because they are unwell, and you are doing a terrible job. Please get it together.

I’m quite surprised at the low caliber of customer service at this location. There have been a couple examples of good customer service I have experienced here, but the majority of my experiences are overwhelmingly poor. I have had postal workers and cashiers give me a lot of attitude, who are not personable and simply don’t seem to care. I believe this is a reflection of the type of leadership at this location. Im going to avoid this Shoppers as much as I can because they don’t seem to want my business, so I won’t give them my money.

Worst customer service experience ever. Time to take my prescriptions elsewhere. I was told to sit 15 minutes and it would be ready by one of the staff. After 30 minutes i spoke up and asked if it was almost ready, and then one of the staff who told me to sit for 15 minutes asked my name again. Totally forgot about me. And then another 15 minute wait. This is not the first bad experience just the one that that did me in to take business elsewhere. When prescription was ready, manager in jest tried to make a light joke about oh they must've forgot you were sitting there(chuckle)Just check out the newest reviews the last 7 or 8 months. Pretty much just 1 star ratings. What happened? So annoyed.
