She assisted us first in 2016 when we renovated our basement bathroom and we were very happy to see Lisa again last year when we visited the store looking for bathroom amenities for the new home we are building. THIS IS THE VERY BEST STORE IVE EVER SHOPPED AT. WHETHER ITS LISA, GOVIND, CHANTALE OR DILLI, i know i’m getting the best of the best. I recently bought a toilet and they just knew which one i wanted as soon as i stepped foot into the store. Honestly, best people i ever met. I’m now gonna be doing my whole bathroom renovation with this team and i suggest you do the same!!! 10/10 would recommend

It took too much of my time in the store and then 40 min on phone to finish my order and then I had to call back next day to provide payment, despite that I understood that the store will call me. In the store I was told that my order will be available in five days, but then I was told that there is none in stock and it will be four weeks. I expressed my frustration but was offered instead a twice more expensive item from the original one, but available in stock. I complained about the service but was only offered apology. In the phone call was offered a home delivery, but it was not never mentioned in store.I think person in training needs to be put with more experienced store rep. My order 1284314. We went in to look at potentially buying shower doors and the service was amazing. Chantale spent a lot of time with us showing all available options. She is very knowledgeable and not pushy. She also provided us with a number of references for installers. All in all it was a great shopping experience and would highly recommend the place to others.

Really really great customer service. From start to finish, store manager Rebecca was fantastic at making sure we were taken care of, and all our questions answered. Also, when we hit an instillation snag on our end she was there to help any way she could.

Great staff adjusted orders as needed and was quick to reply to emails. Will do business with this store again. We purchased a vanity and top. I was worried about shipping and damage but arrived in great shape. Looks great!

We came in to the store and it was our first time being in any Bathdepots. We needed vanities, toilets and all. We were amazed how clean and nice the store was. Staffs were super knowledgeble and friendly. We are doing the whole bathroom renovation and I'm sure we are getting all our stuffs here.Thanks for the great experience.

Updating this review 2 years later: The manager at the time promised a gift card for compensation. The cashier (who I never met before) at this location declined any wrongdoing and called the management to reconsider the compensation. No follow-up 2 years later. Extremely disappointing management. They would intentionally avoid your complaint calls.Original post:Worst experience I've ever had. This is my first Google review, and sadly it's about a horrible experience. They first ordered a wrong color vanity and forgot to provide a receipt (sales contract in their own words). There was no confirmation on the order received on my end at all.
