Joy and Vitality Centre helps people improve their health and well-being. I found Joy and Vitality a couple of years ago and discovered the salt cave. My lung and sinus issues have improved from regularly going to the salt cave and now are mostly gone. I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful healing medium that works so well for my body, plus it's a great place to relax. If you're looking for something unique and extremely healing you must try the salt cave. It is amazing and has helped my health immensely. Love the energy and the atmosphere of this unique place! The only salt cave in Calgary with so many great health benefits. It Feels like a relaxation oasis there. The yoga studio with the wall made of himalayan salt is a truly unique experience. The salt cave is so relaxing and the oxygen cocktail after makes it just a perfect experience. There is also the supplement store and a cafe. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend to anyone

Awesome place to heal yourself.Owner is very helpful and a great listener, she will tell you about the product without forcing you to buy it.Ambience is relaxing, wash room / parking / drinking water available.I can surely recommend this place for SALT THERAPY.

The keto menu has awesome food the cabbage rolls are amazing the keto sandwiches are amazing the cook is a European lady who brought her cooking skills from Europe so the food here is delicious real old school grammas cooking

The power bowls at the cafe are amazing! So many great vegetarian options. I had never tried a hot elixir before and they are delicious. It's so great to have a place like this nearby where everything is organic. And you can eat lunch for under $10. Well done joy and Vitality!

I cannot say enough good things about Joy and Vitality. They offer so many options for well being it's hard to review just a few in this space. Very knowledgeable, extremely wide selection of supplements, body care, self care, crystals, books, tarot, incense, bath salts, hot chocolate, home made food, smoothies, detox/juice cleanse and general Good Vibes and well being. As well as Yoga, Meditiation, Salt Cave and the vast amount of courses and programs available for personal growth.I enjoy that I can also book a massage at this location as well. I just had an incredible deep tissue massage from Stacey of Holistic Fox Massage. Wow.I consider myself to be pretty picky when it comes to therapists but if I could give 10 stars I would! Stacey listened to what I had to say about treatment, educated me further as well as used her intuition to find the spots on my body that were crying for some attention. Pressure was deep, but not too deep - just right! I will certainly return as well as refer her to anyone looking for a very talented and educated professional who makes you feel at ease while on the table.From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I felt calm and grateful to be in such a powerful space.Thanks Stacey, I look forward to the next treatment!
