MIDO Authorized Service Centre

I had ordered a Mido GMT Ocean Star from a local vendor in Alberta. It had an issue with the crown and required service.I contacted Swatch to inquire about warrenty work. A day or so later, I was contacted by Mido's brand manager, who was very helpful with getting my watch to Swatch service center in Ontario.This gentleman kept me in the loop the whole time my watch was away, letting me know when it was getting looked at, what issue they found, what fix they had to do, how long it may take to repair, and when I should see my watch again.Matt ( brand manager ) went above and beyond what is expected of him, I'm sure. His customer care has reinforced in me that I will be a customer for life.As for everyone in the process of repairing my watch, they have done an exceptional job, and I couldn't be happier. Turn around time, which probably won't be for everyone, was around 4 weeks.Watch is running near perfect time with only a very little amount of gain per day, ( +2 sec ) which is well within specs.
