BMO Bank of Montreal

This bank is terrible. They have their opening hours on a piece of paper outside their door due to covid 19. Mon-Sat 10:00-5:00. I went on Monday and the bank was closed, waited for 15 minutes and left. I googled the branch and google displayed that Mondays are closed at the branch. For heavens sake can't the manager or an employee take the old schedule and post a new schedule with which days and hours the bank is open?? There were at least 6 people waiting behind me. Totally unprofessional!!!

BMO is absolutely the best bank ever , it’s employees are the kindest most professional all over Canada , the flexibility and ease of device is unbeatable , I have tried many banks in Montreal and this is the best so far , many thanks to the management for choosing the super kind and professional employees that contribute in making this bank #1 in Montreal .

Worst online service ever. Customer service is totally helpess (had to go to the bank for online issue!!!!), it's one century below all the other banks.

Worst banking system ever! Never ever open any account at BMO! 1.They are liars! They asked for a 500$ collateral to give me a credit card and they said we will realise this amount after 6 months, but they never released my money and when I asked them to do so, they said we have changed our policies! 2.Worst service center ever! You have to stay 40 minutes to one hour on the line to someone pick up the phone! And eventually they don't solve your problem! 3.The mobile app is the worst! They update it constantly but still there are a lots of bugs! When ever you deposit a check to your account they will give you a 100$ and then it takes 7 business days to release the rest of the amount!4.I deposit a check with mobile and it failed, I haven't noticed but after 2 weeks when I checked my account I learned that the check was deducted from my account. I spent literally two and a half months and I visited the branch more than 7 times and several times called the service center and eventually they said we don't know what's happened to your check and you need to ask them to send you another check!

I am giving a 5 star review not only to BMO but to the lovely lady that has been assisting me for the past month. I am not sure I can mention a name here but her First name starts with K and she has dark skin. If you are at this branch, she is the one you need to go see.I deal with multiple banks on the business side and the service I received by this person at this branch twice gave me hope again. She is smart and courteous but also uses her judgement and sense to help her client. Honestly I am a new business client with BMO and I can say my experience so far has been the best in the last 5 years.This is my honest review. Thank you so much for making things simple and efficient.To whoever the branch manager is in this branch. You have great staff make sure you get them to stay.

Posted hours claim they are open Saturdays. To my surprise, once I arrived, bank was closed?

The Trouble is this BMO is very poorly understaffed. The wait times can exceed 45 minutes just to see one bank teller. This Branch has to do a better job staffing the employees. Again I find the employees always very kind, and nice. However there aren't enough to meet the demand. The people are nice. But the service is the slowest in laval.

This branch needs to staff more adequately and they need to add one more ATM machine. There are No envelopes outside the drive through. Parking is also full during day times. This branch should be bigger and should be relocated somewhere near the mega centre St Dorothy to make more convenient. For clients.

Always so slow!! Can’t people use a computer?! I don’t even know why I keep coming back to this branch, it’s like it’s getting worse every time…

Really horrible service at this branch (ste-Dorothée , makes you wonder what happened to good customer service and why even chose BMO. TD is an excellent bank for those who want to compare what good service is. They were stealing from my account for 7 months, they did not even apologize.
