People are friendly and Service is excellent, Thx to Micha help us find the perfect XC90 for us after listened to our needs and budget, he is very professional and knowledgeable Volvo specialist. Great experience, and we truly love the gift received from Volvo!! Definitely will come back to visit in the future.

I am the owner of a 2018 model Volvo XC60, and I wanted to change my car. I went to the Volvo Villa branch and the approach of the sales representative named Boris was rude and disrespectful. He seemed to think that I wouldn't buy a car, but he was mistaken. I asked about the price, and he gave me an estimate. When I inquired about the bank rate, he again gave me an approximate answer. I got very upset and thanked him. I informed the receptionist that I was bothered by the situation. Unfortunately, this salesperson is damaging the reputation of the brand. I would recommend hiring more polite and friendly sales representatives. If I decide to buy a Volvo, I will definitely not go to Volvo Villa. When I told my friend about this, they mentioned that their friend had a similar experience and they immediately went to the nearby Volkswagen dealership, where they received excellent attention and ended up purchasing an Atlas. They are very satisfied. I would like to suggest that you train your staff, who may have years of experience. However, he couldn't anticipate that I was a genuine buyer. Even if I weren't a buyer, such approaches are not well received.Thanks

Omar Yaquab is the GM here and he is fantastic. He leads a great team who are all happy and friendly. I have bought 2 Volvos here and couldn’t be happier. If and when you need service see Adam Nightingale. He is awesome. He is super friendly and always understands my weird descriptions. I drive all the way from downtown Toronto just to have this level of service.
