I really dont like to give negative review. But this is just a poorly run facility. Very rarely get the order right. Even with no line, there always seems to be extended wait..With all that said. Every employee I have spoken to seem very nice.

I don't know who is managing this place but they need to do a better job.Staff more people, maybe.You are not running this location properly at all.I have to pull around to spot number one or spot number two anytime I order a McChicken. Just one McChicken. I have to wait 5 minutes.Absolutely awful service due to mismanagement.

The burgers are normally fine, I have had one Big Mac that was under cooked. They either short serve you on fries, or the fries are old and cold. Will never pay extra for a large again

Are you kidding me? I ordered a qtr. Pounder WITH cheese and bacon and I paid $10 for this. Who in their right mind would do this? So disappointing!! I understand maybe you guys are tired but this is unacceptable. Such a simple order and it turned out to be a disaster.

The Grand Mac is here, it was great. I was hoping for quarter pound patties but seemed thinner and it is bigger and tasted like a big mac. $7.90 including tax. the patties need a little more time on griddle for added flavor.
