Golf Town

Bought a pair of shoes from here. But I wouldn’t have if Jordan hadn’t kept trying so hard to find me the right shoes. They were on sale and they fit perfect. Thanks buddy!

By far the best Golf Town in lower mainland. I’ve traded in clubs during their bonus trade in event last year and today, the Manager at this store is great to deal with and much more than fair. The Staff is the most helpful and attentive of all the Golf Towns I’ve been in (which is all of them) .I have to drive a little farther to get to this store but definitely worth the time spent to get this kind of customer service.

Came here to get a grip which showed in stock at this location online. When I came, employee says they don't have it. Chose another grip and when I go to pay they charge me $5 regrip fee, even though Golf Town website shows grip bought at Golf Town is $3 regrip fee. Cashier says employee marked as express service. I never asked for express service but assumed it can be done while I wait bc this is for one single club regripping. This was on a Saturday morning and store was basically empty with one other customer and like 5 employees standing around and pro shop employee also had no other work to do. I don't really see an express service addition charge on the website unless I missed it. I know it's just $2, but sucked that online inventory status was wrong and I get charged extra unnecessarily. He literally had no work other work to do.

Staff consistently treat young golfers with less attention and pre-judge their abilities. There are a lot of very skilled junior golfers. GT should be embracing and encouraging all levels of junior golfers as they are potentially the next lifetime golfer.

Called in to check if they had a specific club model in their used inventory before making the drive out as I live very far from the store. The associate on the phone was short and dismissive, saying that they have no idea what they have and that my only option would be to come in. I find it unbelievable and frankly embarrassing that a store has no idea about their inventory, and show no willingness whatsoever to help out. Subpar customer service at best.

I had a couple of golf clubs that needed to be regripped. The sales associates was very helpful, knowledgeable and worked on them almost immediately!

Few weeks ago I came in during a club sale on a Friday evening. The store was a bit short staffed but was able to speak with Vic. He was extremely helpful and said he would speak with the manager about being able to extend their sales prices for me. The next day Tyler the manager called me and assured when I came in the following week, I would be able to get the clubs at the sales price.The next week I came in and spoke to Max(not sure if that is spelt right). He was extremely amazing to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and went over the top in helping me. His knowledge about clubs was very impressive. He helped with find a set of new clubs. Ensured that I got the correct price from the week before. Couldn’t on been happier!Few weeks go buddy I come in for some new shoes. Found a cheaper price through an online shop and Max went above and beyond helping me find the correct size and price matching the online shop!Thanks to Vic, Tyler, and Max! Keep up the great work! And look forward to coming in to grab some new wedges/driver in the coming weeks! As I told Tyler Max deserves a raise as well!Thanks Boys!!

Kyle and James were really helpful. They helped me and my cousin to find a right shaft to our new drivers. We are happy about their customer service, and not to mention the manager was helpful to take care the trade-in while we were finding a suitable driver. I bought the entire set from this store.Great customer services and always provide good recommendations. They also give nice deals.

Stopped in to invest in a $4000 to $5000 set of Taylor Made clubs. Was going to need them sized and fitted to my swing and height. Apparently no staff on hand to dedicate some time. The staff member I did talk to didn't seem to care if I went somewhere else. So I did. Would not recommend this Golf Town. They don't care about big ticket sales
