Thermal Systems

Not sure about negative reviews but I had a good experience, picked 53' load and was out in 30 minutes ( that includes straping time ).

In my opnion, this compnay has the worst management in their Edmonton/Leduc office, which has created unhealthy work culture and environment. they once fired a fine employee for just joking about starting her own business with a fellow co-worker. Not recommend anyone to apply for a job at this company.

Im surprised at how fast they are driving midwest group to the ground after purchasing it. Absolute worst management and people to work for. Run !!

Terrible management at the top.Far too much bureaucracy to get the simplest thing done.Make nonstop promises and deliver none of them.

We set up scaffold and rent material to Thermal Systems and they are great to deal with.

Probably one of the worst companies in Western Canada. This is based on how they treat their employees and a big number of turnover in the company. They are good at pointing fingers and blaming others for their bad work. This review is based on my experience working with industrial division in Balzac (Calgary office) only.

Dont work here. I worked here of this company for almost 7 years. They know how to appreciate their employee by mouth not by action. They dont care what their worker needs, the only thing they care about is how much money they made. Poor management. They will kick you out whenever they want. They will always complain…Dont try here, just avoid it…They have a sweet voice but they have a sharp tail behind..

Very rascist company. HR and the foreman and upper management were some of the worst human beings I ever encountered. Witnessed lots of bullying and people being fired without doing anything wrong. The safety was non existent on the job sites. Sloppy work and no order or teamwork. Everyone seemed to leave with depression. Half the staff on drugs on site, even though there was drug testing.Upper management appear nice at first but u soon learn there not. Look at reviews of ex employees on Glassdoor , Google reviews and indeed and you will see horror story after horror story. Don't work here you will become depressed and overworked and let go on a whim.Theral systems would however make a great reality show due to the chaos and drama and unbelievably bad management.

I have been employed with Thermal Systems since they took over the company I used to work for. So I have been with them for over six years. The upper management I deal with directly is really good with how she manage. The safety culture in this company is excellent. I am actually happy to be part of Thermal Systems.

Very good team to work for really like the job i got fired good people. There good work awesome team will Miss this job.
