Hertz Car Rental - Scarborough - Eglinton And Midland HLE

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst service ever. Never recommend this to anyone. They charged late return fees for just 1 min late return. Also charged us extra money for many other senseless reasons. Money eaters they are!!

I booked a full size, they didn’t have any so they let me pick between some small crossovers. Although they said it was an upgrade, the Mazda CX3 is a tiny suv, it was not comfortable at all, the seats were way too close to your knees, painful for long drives! You can’t fit multiple suitcases or more than 4 adults. We would have been a lot more comfortable if we got the full size car we booked. Nevertheless they tried to be accommodating but I expected a comfortable vehicle when I booked full size. They had a Ford Edge but the premium they charged me to upgrade was twice my original rental cost.

Must visit car rentals...... One of the best experience. They have all the latest models and very clean maintained.... Good customer service... Would like to visit again

I rented a vehicle for 1 day and unfortunately I was late to return, about exactly 30 min and I already let the guy know (ANTHONY) ahead because of snow and traffic. He told me I should pay for extra charge I was agree for that. Once I reached there, he aggressively told us its 30 min late, talking rudely, bad behavior at all.We checked online on HERTZ website for return policy. It was mentioned 59 min is graced period after that they can charge for extra time. ANTHONY didn’t even know their on HERTZ’s policy and making arguments with us, asked us to show policy, making cmmnts on it’s not your back home as I am Indian. He was totally racist, threw papers at us, threatening us by calling Cops.The branch manager should take action against him. I would recommend everyone to not go on that location.❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

Booked a car online, however they called me telling me that they don't have any cars anymore and they can't help me anymore. Did not offer to locate another vehicle or assist in any other way. Poor service from staff and this location. Would recommend Avis or Enterprise instead.

Never gonna return to this place. They charged me almost $30 at the end of my rent contact.when I called them to inquire about the extra charges, first someone picked up the call and hanged up as soon as I asked about the extra charges.I tried to call them few times after that but nobody picked up my call. It seems they intentionally trying to ignore me. Worst example of customer service.

Hertz is better but do NOT rent at this location since they add extra charges towards end of the contract. Also worst customer service ever I have seen so far. Again do NOT rent from this location as you would end up paying extra from what is shown upfront

Booked car online , picked it up today, very quick easy process, got there first thing in the morning, took around 15 minutes to get paperwork dealt with, they washed the car, took pictures and was ready to go. Friendly customer service, even offered to switch vehicle when another came available. This is second time getting a vehicle from here, both times seamless process.

Great cars and easy check out. However, it snowed while we were in Montreal and there was no snow brush in the vehicle. We also ran out of windshield washer fluid on the second day.
