Very smooth and honest purchase of our old phone system in dealing with Joe. He quoted a price which we agreed to after I sent some photos of what we had. I packed up the phones and he organized delivery. Payment was promptly issued by Joanna once they were received. When dealing with a company remotely in a another province you are going a little bit by faith that things will go as promised. Happy to have this taken care of so efficiently. Thank-you.
