I called Brilliant Brick Design to obtain a quote/price to install a sizable retaining wall on my property. Ed Mahon answered right away and scheduled a visit to discuss. Ed showed up on time and discussed the project and various options that were available to me, he was courteous and answered all my questions. After a week of waiting I called to check in on the status of the quote, I was told it would be sent that particular evening. I did not receive the quote. Over the next several weeks I attempted to email, call, and leave messages a number of times.....Ed did not answer the telephone or respond to any messages/emails. I am left to assume that the project was not large enough, or profitable enough to fit into his workload. If that was the case a simple phone call to explain would suffice. Disappointing and unprofessional.

We have had several projects completed by Ed and his team. They are super knowledgeable, reliable and do amazing work. We love the finished product and will definitely call on them again for future projects.
