Excellent service

Please be aware people of this company, they are sub contracted by Rona and do half fast jobs and leave customers without proper working water.First and foremost we starred with dealing with Rona when this company was contracted to install a hot water tank.First the installation was poorly done as per friends that I have in the industry and second left without checking all water sources to make sure we have an even flow of hot amd cold water.That being said we have been now without cold water for 2 weeks without resolution. The installer as decided to just not return calls from Rona and ourselves. So I contacted the owner and he gave me all this smoke and mirror like he was going to fox this issue giving me all this customer service speech to himself now not returning our calls or getting a plumber to come examine the situation.They claim that the install was done properly amd that the plumbing in the house is wrong!? Ok well in the customer service world you would first not assume that amd come check and if it is in fact a house plumbing issue then show us and offer to fox it at a cost. Instead we have been left to figure this out with other compagnies.All this to say if you order from Rona these are the guys there sending, “butchers” with low customer service skills. And you end up choosing this compagnie via Google well .... best of luck of something goes wrong.

Belle expérience avec cette compagnie. Ils m'ont envoyé deux techniciens très compétents et courtois. L'installation du chauffe eau a duré moins de 40 min. Je recommande sans hésiter cette entrepriseSamir Ajaha Terrbonne ouest.

I've used this company twice through Rona Installation service and they did quality work for my hot water tank last year and two toilets for my Dad this week. I was quite stressed about timing of toilet installations happening prior to my Dad moving in when their vehicle had a breakdown (which no one plans in advance) but thankfully plumber Patrick and owner Jocelyn were able to re-schedule quickly and Patrick and Maxime were very efficient and did a great job once they arrived on site.

Worst experience with this company , they have no respect for the client and just want to get the job done fast and sloppy. When he was done putting my hot water tank he didn't even clean up after his mess and didn't want put gypsum board to cover the hot water tank , he told me to put it on by myself. These people are a bunch of lazy bums that don't care about their customer and they will overcharge you without even telling you and then will lie to your face about why they overcharged you. I recommend to please stay away from this company, they are a bunch of thieves that want to grab your money and run.One of the guys name was Chritophe that was working on the hot water tank . Doesn't even deserve one star.

Excellent job by 2 plumber very gentle and professional guys. They installed 2 toilets cleaned after they finished their job. Bravo guys you deserve 5 stars, you did earn it. Thank you so much for a great job and a greater positive attitude.

With the experience I have in construction I can honestlty say that the job was extremely well done by 2 very professional and efficient workers and I would personally like thank the owner of this outfit for the quality of his or her employees . MERCI BOUCOUP!!!!!
