James was very personable, polite, and quick to reply. He was able to give us a quote the very next day and had the gutters in and installed in less than a week. Also was able to point out and address any concerns or issues I had before I even got a chance to mention them. The final product looks great and I look forward to not having to climb on the roof and clean gutters multiple times a year anymore.

James and his crew arrived at 10:00 AM as promised. They replaced our gutters, cleaned up, and were done by 2:00 PM. Very professional, courteous and responsive - they paid attention to the smallest details and it showed in the final product. Highly recommended (from someone who doesn't give recommendations often).

We have worked with James on two different projects, and I am currently working with him on a 3rd to build a pergola on our deck. Every time he has been a pleasure to work with. It's rare that I find a contractor that I actually trust & enjoy working with, but James is definitely one. He takes great pride in his work, communicates well, responds promptly, does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it, and is just an all around nice guy. Highly recommend!
