Amazing results with Osteopathy. I went from a severe inflamed shoulder (bursitis, torn rotator cuff, frozen shoulder) to an increase in mobility- but more importantly, less pain. Not out of the woods yet, but no more night wakings with pain! Steve is readily available for appointments and communications. Highly recommending his therapy!

Infinite Training makes you feel at home as soon as you enter the door. The owner Steve is very friendly and a motivating personal trainer.I have been attending a Monday evening Yoga class for the last few months.The class has done me a world of good, both physically and mentally. I can't tell you how much I now look forward to my Monday nights!

The team at Infinite Fitness are just great!Sonya is super kind and caring and is a breathe of fresh air inspiring new life.Steve has managed to help my 20 year old injury which had recently become very problematic.A big thank you to both of them, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

Went for the first time a week before they closed for covid19 and it was great! Small boutique gym with great price!Hadn’t stepped foot in a gym during the last 4 years, so I didn’t want to be disappointed. I was not! Staff is great, equipment is new and varied, and most importantly, people mind their own business.If you’re looking for a place to get in or stay in shape, I highly recommend it. Location is very accessible and a lot of parking is available!

I sprained my ankle and needed some acute recovery care. Steve and Sonya were great! I had 2 Osteopathic treatments and my ankle strapped which helped a lot.
