I had purchased a new blade for my guillotine paper cutter and was still having trouble cutting. Ryan looked at both the new blade and the old, said they were both very sharp and didn't need to be sharpened. He then adjusted a few different things and it cuts great now! Nice to find an honest guy!

is there another star. this man has got his talents together. go no where else, especially Heirloom creations. they destroyed my edge, only sharpened one side. my knife is not, a one sided sharp knife. said, come back, we will fix it, no, this man fixed with a mirror edge.

Sharpened my husband's knives! They were done so well. He could cut the paper like it was nothing, shave the arm hair off and had fun slicing things to little tiny pieces. Best part is, the blade has retained the sharp! I would take any knives you need sharpened to Ryan! He is awesome!

Ryan is a professional knife craftsman. My knives had not been sharpened in over 50 years. The knife SHARPENING Ryan did on over 20 knives is amazing. I can now cut meat, tomatoes, sandwiches,etc. without feeling like I am sawing through a rock.Ryan is incredibly honest, price quotes are given. If Ryan can not make your knife better, he does not take the knife in the first place or does not charge you. My knives were so DULL . Slicing bologna from the market was a struggle. Now I can get back to the slicing and dicing I do for good home made meals with fresh ingredients. Ryan is Excellent, Skilled, Fair, and Professional. He is priceless in my view.

Perfect job on my knives. Both Japanese and German, superb job on putting a new edge on, keeping teeth on my slicer, etc. can’t recommend enough. Only place I’ll get my knives done in Sioux Falls.

I reached out to Ryan via his link on Google Maps and he called me back within 10 minutes. 20 minutes after that I dropped off my knives for sharpening. While I was at his house, he showed me several knives of many styles, and I picked out a new carry knife to replace one that I misplaced. I returned the next afternoon to pick up my freshly sharpened knives.In summary, less than 24 hours from my initial contact to sharp knives and a new knife. Brought in three of my more higher end knifes for sharpening and Ryan did an amazing job . Razor sharp with a mirror edge . Exactly what I was looking for and needed for my every day use knifes . Such good work that two days later I ended up bringing two of my axes for him to work on, and left a very happy customer. He talked to me through the sharpening process, and where I may have been going wrong when doing it myself. And also after sharpening my axes he gave me some pointers on how to throw them. All around great work and a great guy!
