This is by far the best place I have ever lived. The staff and management are hands down the kindest and best staff by far. They will work with you in hard times with nothing but understanding and compassion. It is also a very very well maintained and clean complex.

Beautiful townhouse. Very good location, close to malls, restaurants, stores and gas stations. Safe place. A very good place for a family with kids. No pets allowed. Staff and management are very helpful and convenient. There is parking for tenants and visitors too. Very highly recommended.

Great at first glance however the homes are infested with lice lived there for a year constantly treating it with all the residents around me.But the real kicker is when you move out. They tell you the units are freshly painted but they neglect to inform you that it's at the previous residence experience, moved away after a year never had any issues just to get nailed with a $2000 dollar charge for painting. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Awesome manager and good place

This is probably one of the best places we have lived in... the maintenance staff take great care, the landlord is amazingly easy to deal with... though parking is a bit light and they do not allow you to bring home a company a vehicle but overall a great place to live and a great place for families!The above is the review I had written, but may need to change it (and the number of stars) as I got a new job in a different city, and our application to transfer to a different MHA property was declined by the the location we were trying to transfer to in Edmonton even after income verfication, etc, and a great reference from management at Southwood Park... not only will they not allow us out of our lease two months early without charging us two months outright, they also want a $350 lease break fee. Do they not understand how hard it is to find a quality job in the midst of a pandemic??

This is an amazing place to live its close enough to alot of stores. I will be here for a long time and the landlords are very nice here and like to make sure everyone here is happy and safe. Thank you southwood park for being a great place to live.
