I’ve been going to From Hair On for well over a year now for laser hair removal. I have not only seen great results, but I also look forward to going to my appointments because of the great service. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, and they make me feel so comfortable every time!

I went for the very first time to this salon last Thursday. Chose it randomly and from the reviews. I had the pleasure of having Kelly as my stylist. She was incredibly personable and we had very nice conversation the whole time. It made the time go fast. I told her I wanted my roots done and refresh for my highlights and a cut and style. I showed her pictures of some looks I was hoping for. She listened well and nailed it. My friends have been complementing me that it's the best cut and style I've ever had. It feels soft and the cut is really nice. The colour is perfect. I love it. Kelly is new from Red Deer less than a year but she has 27 years experience and has owned her own salons so definitely knows what she is doing. I will definitely be seeing her again. First and foremost, the treatment itself was not up to the standards I anticipated. The results were also far from satisfactory. Despite undergoing multiple sessions as recommended, there was minimal reduction in hair growth, and the promised long-term hair removal benefits were simply not delivered. I feel disheartened by the lack of noticeable progress, considering the time and money I invested in the service.Furthermore, I was disappointed with the overall customer service provided during my visits. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, failing to provide clear and comprehensive explanations about the procedure or address my concerns adequately. Their lack of professionalism and empathy made me feel like just another number rather than a valued client seeking a positive experience.Considering the substantial investment I made in both time and money, it is disheartening to find that the results were underwhelming and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. I expected a level of professionalism, expertise, and quality that, unfortunately, were sorely lacking in my interactions with your establishment.

I have been going to From Hair On since it opened. Maryam has always taken care of me. I have done lazer, colour, hair cut and last year microblading. Bita does my hair and her cuts are amazing. So glad I did the microblading. I would recommend checking them out.

I’ve known Maryam for over 25 years for different treatment beside laser hair removal.I honestly can not recommend any other place or person other than her. Maryam is the most amazing and kind person and business owner that I have ever seen.The results from having treatments have been phenomenal and her prices are very affordable compared with many other places that I have seen .
