Mailed over about 2 dozen stuff to China and none of them met any issue. Sometime it took a bit longer time but generally it works pretty well. Price is fair and service attitude is good.

千万不要来！！！！！！！！骗子商家！！！！！！ 大家好好去小红书上看清楚多少客户被骗，寄东西超过一年以上才收到，清关费高达7-8千rmb，不交不给钱，8月寄出的东西到现在都没有寄出，客服收钱收得快，要问他们后续什么都没有，现在半年了 客服直接无视客户。。。。

Tight parking space at dock had to uncouple tractor trailer for them to stay loading but the staff is nice and helpful

非常差的快递，国外收钱，之后不管啦，让你联系中国这边的公司。中国公司乱收费，有问题让你找温哥华，互相踢皮球，乱收费。原本税金是预计是在1200，但是实际上给到的是4000多！还问你加收了一个查验综合费用，这笔费用没有明细，没有发票，在寄货前没未提及！不但如此2021年5月发的货物，到2021年12月还没收到。什么时候收到还未知，这里是收集了受害者的部分截图，建议大家可以去小红书，抖音和其他平台多了解下。是非常糟糕的速递！Very poor express, Canadian side let you contact the company in China. Chinese company charges indiscriminately. The tax was expected to be 1200, but in fact, it was more than 4000! Also, the Chinese side asked you to add another additional fee. This fee has no details and no invoice. It was not mentioned before sending the goods! Moreover, the goods delivered in May 2021 have not been received by December 2021. I am still waiting for my delivery shipped in the end of Jun.....today is December-08. Customer service always gave me the same excuse...... strongly not recommend
