Great service and people didn't have alot of options out there and they made it work if your looking for a used car and want good service and vechile give them a shout.

I did end up buying a vehicle here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They are able to help you secure financing. I feel that their pricing might be a little high here though. This could be because of the market fluctuations too.

Quesnel really needed a dedicated used car dealership and it's great having these guys in town. Pawel is an excellent manager, really works hard for his customers and is always in a cheerful mood. My mom bought an SUV here and has not had any complaints about it. Great service and the quality of the vehicles is good too. Thumbs up!

Pawel, Dave, Lindsay, and the team at Cariboo Truck & Auto were fantastic to deal with. They happily answered all of our questions/concerns and didn't rush us through the process at all.They went above and beyond what we expected in regards to our new vehicle and our previous older car. It's pretty great to leave with a new car and feel like you still have a team of support if something comes up.Highly recommend these guys. :)

Just bought this truck at a competitive price. They are recently under new management. Being in a credit rebuild situation they were able to get me into a vehicle at a payment I could afford. The customer service from everyone on the team was above par and they helped me out every step of the way to make sure I got what I wanted. Would definetly recommend.

Dave was wonderful to deal with. He knows his products and made sure he knew what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend talking to Dave about a vehicle if you need one.

Worst vehicle experience ever. Shady business.3 weeks after buying a vehicle here I found out the steering rack is falling apart. Provided them with a quote from a licensed mechanic, but they “don’t trust any mechanics in BC” and won’t believe you. The manager told me that if I think there’s a problem, I should go buy parts on Amazon and fix it myself.Not only did they sell me a lemon, but it took 3 months of following up with the sales team to even talk to the manager and get the answer of “fix it yourself”When I called the sales team they promised a solution and said they would call back ASAP with the details. Then they never called back. Every couple weeks I followed up and they said “i thought the manager already talked to you”. Nope. I texted the manager directly (per the sales team’s instructions) and he also ignored me.I even told them on the first call - if you can’t pay for it that’s fine, it’s partially my fault for buying a vehicle without having my own mechanic look at it. But if that’s the case, tell me straight up, don’t just ignore me for 3 months saying “I’ll talk to my manager and get back to you in 5 minutes”. In that case my review would be only about the sh*t vehicle and not about the absolutely horrendous communication.To top it off, the vehicle is only 3 years old so was covered under warranty, but the warranty expired the month before they sold it to me. If they actually vetted vehicles before selling them, this would not even be an issue.

Went there with my brother, as we were looking for some trucks and suvs for business. I asked kindly to be allowed to have a look around and made clear that we didn't need any help at the moment. No chance! 2 guys, very aggressive and looking for trouble. At a certain point (after less than 10 minutes) one guy told us to go to the Walmart parking lot if we wanted to watch cars (???). We would never go back there and suggest to everybody we know to stay away. Their visible frustration and total lack of professionalism made it the worst imaginable experience.
