Not happy with Joe. Did a back water valve or something like that then all of a sudden my sump pump didn't operate properly. I just paid him over $2,200 for that work he did and now wants more money for a new sump pump and labour. He said it's just a coincidence that the pump doesn't work properly. I don't think so. Needless to say I won't be using him again. He wanted me to foot the bill fir a new pump, wouldn't take responsibility for and wouldn't even go in for half. Just unreal!! He can reply with anything but this is exactly what happened period.
