In & Out Registry / South Side Edmonton

LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD.Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Chelsea at In and Out registry (South) is rude and unhelpful. It’s almost like she makes it her mission to make you feel terrible about yourself. I called asking about a reschedule for a road test. This is my first time ever taking it and I was super excited. Unfortunately my mom ended up having to be 8 hours away when I’m taking it. Therefore I won’t have her parental signature. I found out this weekend and read through the provided instructions to not leave voicemails and since they were closed on weekends. I waited until as soon as they opened on Monday to call. I let Chelsea know my situation and immediately she started telling me that I should’ve left a voicemail and that it was common sense to. Where as on the provided introductions it clearly states that “voicemails and emails are not accepted”. She told me I should’ve known better and that I had a week since my booking date to reschedule. She did not offer any solution rather she talked down on me. Do not trust these people with your money. They do not want to help you.

Negligence of coping documents causes a lot of delays and I went back to fix the problem an officer failed to submit the documents. I wish the city of Edmonton does investigation what's going on here.

As the name suggests, In & Out Registry is a smooth experience for all my registry needs...in and out lickety-split.

I've been to all the locations of In & Out and generally had good service with the exception of the Argyll location. I was in there recently and was the only customer in the store. All 3 ladies behind the counter ignored me for 2 minutes until I dared to venture past the Wait to be Called" sign. Immediately they all called out to wait and one shortly after called upon me. Her rude

I had the most chilled exam today. Very friendly examiner. She tried to keep me stress free as much as she could. Will recommend it for your driving test.

It is my second time at this location and in both times . I was amazed by Dawn’s customer service.She is amazing professional lady , smiles to each person coming , so patient, so helpful and she is changing people days to be better .Dawn represents herself and her organization in a superior profession way .Great Job Dawn , well done and way to go for more success in customer service and helping peopleHighly recommend

I booked road test 2 times and they would not let me take the exam. The lady told me to fix my middle break lights and that she would be waiting. It took 5 minutes to fix and when I came back to do the exam they said it's already done and i gotta pay again. Mind you 2/break lights were working and both left and right worked and even then i fixed it only for them to tell me i have to rebook exam and pay again after telling me they would wait for me.Guys don't go in this place just a waste of money they scam you

After reading alot of reviews, ill have to admit I was wondering what kind of service I was going to get here. To be completely honest, this was the easiest and most helpful registry I have ever been too. The lady was super amazing and fast. I'll definitely come back here.

They're really not joking with the name-- it really did feel like an in and out, easy, quick process.I had to renew my license and it was my first time doing so as I'm young, and although I didn't say so, Cristy, the woman who helped me, could tell and worked with me accordingly. She was very kind and made it a really fast process and made sure all my information was updated and quickly took my picture. All of it was very routine to her and she made it a zero fuss process. Was out in 5 minutes! I received my new license quite promptly in the mail after that. Thank you Cristy and In & Out for being helpful and staying true to your name!

I loved my experience here. I did my road test here and passed. Very thorough instructor but she took the nervousness out of me completely, and if you’ve taken the advanced road test before you know the jitters that come with it. She explained how the test was going to go and told me to let go of the jitters. That conservation really helped me.
