I have lived here for 7 months now and in a single gal and have never felt safer. Ruth is amazing she always has a smile for you and a kind word no matter what her day is like. Tom is over the top, he works so hard but him to always a smile and takes a minute to say hi. George is a awesome guy from the little bit I have dealt with him. All in all I feel very comfortable and safe living here

** the computer glicked and I meant to give 5 stars :):)***I have been living here for almost 3 years. I am sad to say at this time I have to move. But always know Sheryl would welcome me back anytime if needed. She is always fast to respond to any concerns and always friendly to deal with. If any good or bad happens in the complexes I was updated which was awesome. I will miss living here. They never bother you for unnecessary reasons. Perfect location as well. Take care!

I had the pleasure of living at a building managed by First Realty Investments and I enjoyed every moment. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat! The location and the functionality of the unit was perfect for my lifestyle. The rooms are large and the unit has a nice design. The energy efficient furnace reassured me that I wouldn't go broke paying for utilities. I also appreciated the kindness and professionalism demonstrated by my landlords. Moving is stressful on a good day so it was such a relief to have a smooth and easy move to my new community. I will be back again someday, perhaps as a home owner!

I have lived in my building for over 2 years and am still happy. If there are any issues Ruth deals with them promptly and gets positive results. Tom is a great caretaker too. Its a good place to live.

I moved into the apartments 1 yr ago this month actually, Ruth is lovely, gets things done in a timely manner, and respects that it is our home and always give appropriate time if need to come in for repairs. Think the washing facilities need a upgrade but they do there job just need to do smaller loads haha. and the maintenance man Tom is always so nice! And my son has made a couple friends with the kids in the other buildings. And i havent had any problems with any of my neighbors. We all respect each other. I feel as safe as a single mom can be in our city with the way things are. I strictly based my move in off meeting Ruth! Thank you!

I’ve lived here for little over 6 months. I love living here. I love how kid friendly and neighbourly most of the tentants are. Ruth is absolutely the best landlord anyone could ask for. Tom is awesome I have had the pleasure of working along side him to help around the yard and just chatting with him threw out his work day. Blair is new to the crew but is a great person. Blair is excellent at fixing things around the apartments. When something is broken he is right on it. There isn’t enough words to describe how great of a landlord Ruth is she is always friendly happy and very welcoming to everyone that comes to her. Blair keeps up with the maintenance as soon as he is told to do so.

I've lived in these apartments for just over a year and I gotta say the property manager ruth is absolutely amazing!! She has been the best landlord I've had! Would recommend these apartments to familys but not just familys everyone! I have a 15 month old daughter and ruth is always so nice and saying hi and playing with her outside! Just amazing! I have never have had a problem with maintenance! And It is always a very clean apartment building shout out to the people that work hard and keep the maintenance up and clean these apartment! Our experience has been great. Our place was clean to move into, and is spacious for our family. From the very beginning Sheryl has been wonderful. She was very flexible when we moved in and continues to be awesome. She is very approachable and if there’s anything that needs to be done she’s right on it and follows up right away. She is a pleasure to deal with.

I have been renting an apartment from First Realty for 1.5 years now and I have enjoyed it very much. Ruth is a great landlady, any issues I have had are dealt with immediately. The apartment building is clean and very quiet. A great place to call home.

First realty has been nothing but incredible to deal with over the last year that I have been renting from them. The town houses have big rooms and a very nice layout that my family loved! Not to mention one of the only companies that allows you to have your pets to come along with you. The first month that I was there I was in need of my yard that is a fantastic size by the way! To have the fence closed in for my dog, and within the day George thier property maintenance professional was there putting one up for me! Whenever I needed anything he was there asap to get it doneSheryl their property manager is hands down one of the most professional and caring managers I have had the pleasure of dealing with this last year. Not only does she get everything done in a record setting time! She also makes everyone that rents with them feel like family and keeps an eye out for the community like the mother hen.
