My overall experience at this Zara location is poor. There are only sometimes nice clothes but the rest of the time they don’t have a lot of great options. The store is a complete mess and lots of clothes just everywhere. The staff are very unfriendly and don’t even want to look at you or ask if you need help. That’s the thing that puts me off the most because it feels like they’re stuck up and too snooty to help out. The lines are way too long and not worth your time.

Zara has the worst online return process for such a reputable store so you're forced to go in to the store to return. Today the line was so long. I stood in line in the men's section for 20 minutes before being told I can only return at the main cash. Main cash was extremely long and majority of the costumers were also returning online purchases in store because they found their online return process ridiculous

I recently visited the Zara Store in Square One and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. The staff is always extremely slow and rude, showing no courtesy or friendliness towards their customers.Despite the store's overall cleanliness and great variety of clothing, the staff's attitude really ruins my shopping experience every single time. The staff's lack of professionalism makes it difficult to shop comfortably. And the CASHIERS are SO SLOW, for example; I was buying 5 items. She would scan one item, remove the hanger, leave her cash to put the hanger somewhere, come back and onto the next. They take forever and the wait is long. Another cashier did not even listen to what I had to say and told me “do not hide your card” why would I hide my credit card? No hi, no thank you, no bye. So rude !I hope that Zara can improve their customer service in the future, as it is an important aspect of the shopping experience. Until then i’ll just shop online or visit other stores.

The only good thing about this place was that they actually had a decent selection. Otherwise, this is honestly the messiest store I’ve ever been in. Also, for the amount of money this place must make, you’re telling me you can’t invest in some stools for people to put there stuff on in the change room???

Terrible Experience:I recently had the worst experience at Zara (square one) and feel disappointment. The manager's behavior was incredibly rude and dismissive, completely disregarding customer concerns and showing a lack of respect.To make matters worse, I purchased a product that was already damaged, despite presenting my valid purchase receipt. However, when I approached the manager for a return or exchange, they adamantly refused, demonstrating a complete disregard for consumer rights and satisfaction. She refilled to tell her name also.The lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve the issue was truly disheartening. As a customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and customer service, but instead, I was met with an unhelpful and discourteous attitude.I strongly advise against shopping at ZARA if you value good customer service and fair treatment. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I regret ever stepping foot in this establishment.

This location is by far the worst zara in terms of customer service. The associates never greet you and when you ask them for help, they act as if you asked for this first born child. Yesterday, I went in for a return and I waited in line for over 30 mins. The cashiers take their sweet time and there is never enough coverage on cash to keep the line moving. When I finally got to the front, my cashier had to call her manager to authorize the return. She repeated communicated on the walkie for the manager to come on cash for assistance, but there was no response. She then went to look for the manager twice. I asked them if there is only one manager and that I need to get going back to work because I spent my whole lunch hour there. I waited over 20 minutes for a manager to come to the til. There was no urgency whatsoever in the client service at this location. Management has no regard for their client experience, when they are no where to be found when communicated to and come whenever they feel like it. There shouldn’t be an authorization required for a simple return that I just bought the same morning. Waiting 30 minutes in line when it’s not even that busy and then 20 minutes at the til is so unacceptable. Management and employees should be trained on prioritizing clients and if they don’t want to, they should reconsider the field they’re in.

This lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. We complained about the lines being too long in the front while in the men’s section they didn’t even care to help other staff with the traffic in the store, mind you my friend has a disability and cannot stand for long and she lacked any type of customer service, empathy or communication skills. She even stated she didn’t care about disabilities pregnant women or children having to wait in a hour long line while she did nothing to accommodate “her” store or the customers who pay their hard earned money. She refused to give us her name so I’m posting her here. So many other customers complained about the same issue with the loaction the very same day. Avoid dealing with her I’ll also be reporting to head office. The reviews on this location speaks for itself.

The manager in charge named Wala (Refused to share her name with us) was VERY rude in every which way over a small matter; rather than listening to us she suggested we do whatever" we want and walked away merely because she used her authority and didnt listen to our story; the staff is not trained properly as half say one thing and the other half says another; after me and my wife was waiting 30min in the changing room side the staff said we can use the change room yet when we got to the front they said no to my wife which is absolutely ridiculous! When we ended up buying the product which didnt fit

Extremely Awful and unpleasant experience shopping at Zara square one today. Got to the store at 7:15pm waited a while in the fitting room queue because my husband was trying something in menswear and I saw a lady trying there and asked if I could use a fitting room as well one employee said yes and the other said no. However, waited in ladies line for 20mins and decided to leave and just purchase stuff as the lineup wasn’t moving with the associates moving with the speed of a “sloth”. Then, waited in the purchase line for another 40 mins.Once I left, I realized the pants I picked are wrong size as it’s so over crowded there at all times I haven’t been to that store in a long time. I went back again to make a return and waited again for 15 mins and the lady told us to be in a lineup again with so many people as we didn’t see the return sign and stood in purchase line.Upon us questioning her she called the manager and for a single return they took all their sweet time arguing instead of just getting it done considering I awaited for an hour in a line up already before and 10 mins again for return. The manager Waala refused to help the situation, refused to give her name and upon me questioning her employees regulations causing confusion she told me she doesn’t care and we can do whatever we can & it is what it is. Extremely unprofessional service and the employees there are so inspired by hushing each other’sbad behaviour as everyone knows the business runs, customers still shops so do they really have to provide us with a good service? I just asked for her name and she turned back like she’s in a reality show and told me she refuses to give her identity because along with the manager the employees are bound to cover up each others toxic behaviour as we as customers still give them business. I left the store at 9:30pm just because two stuck ups chose not to help me or the situation and it’s not just the wait it’s the service as well… attached are her pictures!!

- untrained staff.- they do don’t have any knowledge for the return policy.- when asked they will respond rudely as they know they are wrong.- Manager should really focus on the staff training rather than just busy location sales.
