this dealer is scam I spoke to sales guy name william regarding Toyota avalon 2014 we agreed that I will buy it and he will send me wire info and bill of sale . I was waiting few days did not hear from the dealer and found the car was sold. the sales manager texted me that the car had sold and the car had tons of problems. but he had to mechanical report. a car with 31k ??? my questions why I was not notified that it was sold? why I had to wait for nothing? this is unfaithful dealer nor deserve to be toyota dealer. I filled complains to toyota canada and to BBB . that's not how to do business shouldn't be toyota dealer stay away. taking legal action against them....

Service exemplaire. Les prix excellent. Je n’ai que du positif avec ce concessionnaire et je peux dire par expérience que c’est loin d’être pareil partout. Je demeure à Trois-Rivières et c’est hors de questions d’acheter ou faire le service sur ma voiture ici. Je vais à Victoriaville car eux ils sont honnête et n’essaie pas de changer des pièces ou faire du travail qui n’est pas nécessaire ou inventé de toute pièce. J’ai vraiment confiance car ils m’ont montré que je pouvais avoir confiance à date.

I'm writing a review after 3 months since I purchased a 2013 Sequoia. The review is based on my previous experience with toyota dealers and it's my personal opinion. First: very unprofessional salesperson, with a very little knowledge of the car. Also, misleading and bad communication experience with little respect for me as a customer. Second: regarding the vehicle that they advertised as checked and inspected - here are the repairs that I had to do and some to come. Replaced all braked pads and disks 1500$, replaced leaking rear shocks - 1200$ for each (electronic shocks for air suspension). Leaking steering rack 2300$ - not fixed. No maintenance was done on wheel alignment since the car was built - the bars should be replaced in order to be aligned. Many of these issues were camouflaged, the leaks were cleaned and hidden. Many minor issues as well. Also, unpleasant sale transaction with many email and phone calls back and forth to arrange all the details. I hope your customers will see this comment and be prepared when visiting your poor organized business. I will never buy from Roy Auto again.

Very nice car

Just picked up a Lexus from Joel here. I came from Ontario to pick it up. Joel made the transaction quick and pleasant. The car was in exactly as described condition and had been detailed and waxed. Very professional dealership that aims to please it's customers.Highly recommended!
