Paladin Security Niagara Falls

Horrified at the rudeness and attitude today at Douglas Memorial! Typically seniors in here all day... This man is short and extremely rude to all patients I have seen in contact with him so far. An elderly lady, whom could barely walk asked him for a wheelchair and he only pointed to where she would find one. I got up to help her and she was so sweet and appreciative. It's been a long few years.. kindness goes a long way, this man does not deserve what you are paying him.

Much more professional companies, seen many employees use excessive force in situations that did not need it. Save yourself a lawsuit and hire someone who can handle the job !

Security guard at the Niagara Falls Hospital has purple hair. How can anyone take this person seriously? Clearly hiring standards have dropped.

Just wanted to express so much gratitude for the three security officers at Niagara Hospital tonight/this morning(12am-8am November 2nd). They went above and beyond while doing patient watch on me to make me feel more comfortable and they were doing everything to be absolutely understanding of my situation. They were extremely professional and more pleasant then any others I've encountered before even at the few moments that I wasn't so pleasant as I was very emotional. I've never thought I'd have a guards that show so much compassion and empathy to a patient getting mental health help. All three were absolutely amazing and in the stressful state I'm currently in they have made me more comfortable, and were far more empathetic and consoling then any of the hospital employees I've encountered! Just beyond pleased and grateful for everything! Definitely top notch guys that need to be given plenty of credit for the way they do their jobs!

This is very unfortunate to see some of ur employee are involved in caress driving at QEW 31st May,2023, time: 5.15 pm. Please train properly first then deploy them to road.
