Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made a reservation for the car rental, we waited over 2 hours to get our vehicle. They over booked and don't have enough vehicles for everyone. This is ridiculous! I have always rented from Enterprise many times and I can't believe the time frame I had to wait for my car.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We were beyond impressed with the experience we had with Piyush at the Halifax Airport location. Didn’t have the the vehicle we originally booked so Piyush facilated an upgrade in order to get us into the vehicle we needed. I would highly recommend both this location, their staff, and Enterprise with your vacation and work rental needs.Pick up within a short walking distance of the terminals, return to the same spot. Makes getting to and from the airport stress free and fast!Thank you Piyush and Enterprise for a stress free and top notch experience!

I recently rented a car from this location, and I must say that my experience was fantastic!What impressed me the most was that they provided me with a free upgrade to a higher category vehicle - A Ford Mustang convertible. This unexpected gesture not only exceeded my expectations but also added a touch of luxury to my trip, making my journey even more enjoyable.I would like to give a special shout-out to Mark. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience.I highly recommend this agency to anyone in need of a rental car.

This was my first time any car rental in Canada. Almost 4-month back I booked SUV Rav-4 or similar @ CAD 143/day. But they issued Hyundai SantaFe @ CAD 180/day. The front desk executive don’t even bothered to notify me before finalizing. Anyways, I had to accept that as there was no other option (so far, they said). Then my question is what’s the point of booking so early? Moreover almost 17% as Premium Location Charge on gross amount, it’s terrific. Then, as soon as we started driving the car we found a very bad smell, we used air freshener to reduce the smell for a while but till end of the journey the smell keeps coming back, which we found very unpleasant. The good part is, returning the car was completed in less than 5 minutes and the lady on duty was kind enough to reduce CAD 50 when we complaint about the smell.

Top-notch manager.Olakunle has been a huge help in making my experience great every time. I will continue to come to this brand whenever I am in Nova Scotia for the service. Thanks again!

My cousin and I recently took a trip to Halifax and rented our car through Enterprise because they have such great customer service reviews. We were extremely happy with our car rental experience, and Allison went above and beyond to help us book an additional day with our vehicle, when our flights were suddenly changed by the airline (which seems to happen more and more!). It was a seamless experience from rental to return, and the vehicle we were provided with was exactly what we asked for and perfect for our trip! I would highly recommend Enterprise!!!

Beyond unimpressed. The older grey haired lady was extremely rude with me yesterday when I came to switch out my vehicle. Got a massive gas guzzler (only car left) in Truro start of January after my car accident then switched for a Mitsubishi to save on gas.. it slid everywhere in the snow and made me feel unsafe.. Drove from Truro to Halifax with a reservation for a RAV4 and the grey haired lady was very rude and full of attitude when I got there and gave me pretty much the same style Mitsubishi I was already driving. Also lied and said that I’d swapped out 4 cars already and wasn’t allowed to come back when I hadn’t. PLUS covered in scratches and dents. Gave them back the keys and took my business to Avis where they were AMAZING.Take your business to Avis. Much more accommodating and very kind and personable just a few counters down.

These guys took 30 minutes to rent me a vehicle last time I was there in Halifax on the morning of June 19 (no lineup). The rep that handled me was a joke who did not know what he was doing. He smirked at his Assistant Manager when I started to voice concerns - and the Assistant Manager actually shrugged when I asked him what's going on! And the system being down had nothing to do with the poor service - a guy arrived 10 minutes after me and got a car 5 minutes before me. Disgusting pair of employees that shames the high-quality Enterprise name. On top of that - they gave me a dirty car. Management should be ashamed of these two.
