I have had my vehicle in here a few times now. Both of those times, I have dealt with April. April is top-tier. She has gone beyond expectations in assuring the job is done right, and also making sure not to overcharge.The installer is excellent—a perfectionist. I trust them completely with my vehicle, and with their recommendations. The installs have been completed without a hitch (no pun intended LOL), and the results are great. Excellent place—just excellent!

If u bought warranty through 4wheel parts these guys don’t honour it. Fox steering stabilizer shot not even year old and garbage. Took all our warranty money ran. Real cool. Won’t buy anything from them cause of that alone.

Nice people, good prices. But.. ive had 2 new sets of tires installed. Both during very short days off. And both times the tire were so out of balance and i had to get them re-balanced out of town at a different tire shop.. my advice, buy them there but get them installed elsewhere.

The guys here were so very helpful with my tire that popped just before closing. They assessed my tire, and when it was determined they couldn’t fix it, helped get the spare on so we could continue our journey home. Thank you again!!

I don't even know where to begin... these folks went above and beyond over the past two days for me and there aren't words that I can find to express how grateful I am. I just want to say, April, you are a legend. I was stranded with my jeep in Gasoline Alley. Parts were scarce and my frustration was beyond high. April and her team helped me over and over. I got to check out the shop and it was beautiful. The feeling of being welcome wraps itself around you the second you walk in and you can feel confident that you're talking to some of the best when shopping in the store. It's not every day that not just one but everyone I had interacted with was professional, knowledgeable but most of all....genuine. I wasn't helped so they could make a sale, but believe me I'll be making the trip when it's time to put the jeep on 35s. Thank you all again.

I used to like this store but after having quality issues with some parts I found out they don't stand behind their products. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 6 months and just keep getting ignored. They are super helpful when you are spending money but not so much if you have any problems. With the ease of getting parts online, there is no need to order from 4 Wheel Parts. And there are several other shops in town that actually care about customer service and deserve your business. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else.
