First of all I'd like to mention that those who are writing a negative review, specifically stating that the Lighting House is expensive, totally need their heads examined. They offer high quality lighting options, period. You get what you pay for. If you want high quality for Walmart prices, you're dreaming!Other than that, the staff are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. and the Hubbardton Forge wrought iron chandeliers my mother bought are stunning. And, yes, they were very expensive but that goes back to what I mentioned before about getting what you pay for.I highly recommend the lighting house to everyone that has no problem paying the price for high quality lighting!

I absolutely love The Lighting House. I have purchased several fans, both ceiling fans and floor fans and I have found their service and selection outstanding. Recently I had a fan with an issue and they immediately contacted the manufacturer and were able to get the fan replaced. They are so friendly. Please shop and support local. It's worth it.

After searching for HOURS on line through all of the options, I went to The Lighting House looking for some guidance and technical expertise to help inform my purchase. I was pleasantly surprise by the full selection, good prices but mostly the engaging and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Five stars due to the customer service and knowledge. Nick was attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful as we brainstormed ideas and looked at options. We would up split our purchases for a new home between the big box stores, a vintage light store and The Lighting House, even knowingly paying a little more here because of the customer service.

Roger was incredible, his expertise was needed by us and he provided us with great feedback, he was incredibly patient and his customer service could not have been better. The Lighting House
Over the past 15 years, we have been spent literally thousands of dollars at The Lighting House on lighting fixtures, expensive lamps, and outdoor furniture, wanting to give the local company our business. We have even bought supplies to take to Florida with us for our homes there.Our experience this past fall has left us totally unsatisfied and frustrated. The details are too confusing, but we will not be supporting this company ever again. We feel the owner and manager have been totally unreasonable, leaving us with two kitchen pendant lights (costing over $1,000) that look like something we could have bought at Home Depot, and we still do not have the correct canopy caps.We advise all to find another lighting company to do business with.

We've been here a few times, both for ceiling lights for our old house and a lamp for the new one. Great selection (two floors) and helpful folks. And, the mid-century modern lamp we recently bought was actually less expensive than we expected, so that was a nice surprise. We'll definitely be back for any other lights/lamps we need!

The Lighting House
Frank at the lighting house has been helping us select all of our lighting for the new build of our home. He is fantastic! He is deeply knowledgeable not only about the inventory, but he really helped us make tough decisions leveraging his expertise for us to make the best choices for our new home. He’s incredibly responsive and definitely knows how to guide with a gentle influence.
