I was referred to First Aid 4U Training by a friend and I am so glad I listened. This course was very informative! It was more throughly than a past providers. In addition, the instructor Dawoud Al-Los did a splendid job at keeping the class alert and involved.His patience and passion was felt in the training, and I feel more confident in my professional role after this wonderful training experience.Also when I called customer service for a temporary fortifications for my employer, it was sent immediately before I ended the call.Quick , fast, efficient service!

Rafat was our instructor. He was awesome. He put lots of good humor into his instruction which made it easy to understand. Lots of hands on for us the students. I felt that I learned a great deal and I feel confident I could use this training to help someone in an emergency situation

My/ our experience was great with an amazing instructor Mr Dawoud.His teachings and explanations made the course so easy. And then everyone got a chance to practice until they got it right.Our group work was awesome, we had discussions with our team and generated questions for the other group and they did the same.The classes were really engaging to the point that we hardly noticed the length of time spent, but experienced instructor like Mr Dawoud will always remind us of taking our breaks.

I have had first aid training multiple times. Never to the extent of what the instructor Andrew McDonald taught. He had us engaged in multiple scenarios in a group and as a single person to apply the skills we were learning. This experience left me with the confidence and skills to do what i require if needed. I must say the instructor definitely had everyone engaged and helped those who needed to be brought out of their shells to do so. i hope the next time i have to renew that it will be either with him or someone similar in their teaching.Thank YouElaine Young

I took the 2 day course over the weekend and it was honestly so much fun! Our instructor Dawoud made sure that we understood everything properly and enlightened the class with some humour which was great! Best experience I’ve had while in a classroom !
