I worked at Silicon Direct as a student for five months and I was able to learn a lot about how the store runs. Rui really cares about the quality of the service that is provided to his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and will be able to help you in any problem that you have. I myself am quite capable in computer repair and he is able to see the solution to problems that i encounter in seconds (not hyperbole). On the rare occasion that something is beyond repair i can guarantee that Rui or another staff member has done everything in their power to complete that repair. The prices are more than fair and i can guarantee that you will be satisfied walking out of that door.

I absolutely recommend Silicon Direct. Honest, trustworthy and very helpful. As a senior, I was looking for just that in a laptop repair provider. Rui, who treated me with the utmost respect, did the test in my presence to show me what the problem was. I was in and out in 20 minutes with laptop in hand and problem solved. This is where you want to take your tech problems . I left feeling confident that I had chosen the most reputable place. Props to my brother for the recommendation.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had a USB jump drive which was damaged. After trying countless companies, Rui was able to tackle the problem and figure out a solution. Over 100 hours of work at one point lost was now recovered. I cannot stress how grateful I am about this. He was honest from the beginning, and the pricing is incredibly fair.Moving forward, Silicon Direct will be the only company I use for any computer needs.Thank you again!

They had extremely good customer service. I brought in my laptop top at the end of my work day to get the power button fixed and by noon the next day they called me saying it was done. Very good pricing!I shopped around Windsor for a computer place to fix my laptop and this one was by far the best. I recommend everyone to go there with their computer problems.

Excellent experience!Hard drive failed Friday with very important information on it. After several unsuccessful attempts at getting the data, we took it to Silicon Direct that afternoon. Rui was very upfront with what to expect and the pricing, offering several methods of recovery. We chose the highest priority RUSH service, which also had the highest price tag. Saturday morning the computer was up and running with 100% recovery. Very pleased with the service and the overnight service justified the price. Rui and his team did an excellent job completing a recovery of over 15 years of family photos and videos. He invested many hours to research the most cost effective solution for the donor drive that was necessary for my recovery. Highly recommend Silicon Direct for price and the excellent service that would be difficult to find anywhere else.

Silicon Direct is definitely the place to go if you are in need of a quality fix of most electronics including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones! Not to mention that this facility has an incredible data recovery lab, using all top-of-the-line equipment, making it the only place in Windsor, and possibly even Ontario to go and get a job done by an expert. Very satisfied with time management here and fair prices that you will not find elsewhere. Great staff as well; honest, helpful, and very nice, they will jump through hoops to get you the service you need to leave satisfied!

Rui was an absolute life saver, getting extremely important data off a hard drive that many other places said was not possible to get data off of. He went above and beyond to get my data, and was patient with my constant calls to check on progress. I HIGHLY recommend them - they're extremely talented, fairly priced and will work very hard to get you your files!
